    Operation Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide support to all business units including administrative, financial and human resource departments.
    • Ensure that operational activities are executed within allotted budget and timelines.
    • Perform budget allocation and expense management for all business operational activities.
    • Conduct regular operational reviews and audits for preventive maintenance.
    • Set operational goals to meet or exceed performance expectations.
    • Provide guidance to staff in resolving operational issues and problems.
    • Ensure resource assignment, work allocation, training development and performance assessments are completed in timely manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service in order to build and maintain strong relationship with customers.
    • Conduct regular meetings with staffs to discuss about operational updates, ideas and issues.

    Job Description

    • Plan and implement an annual marketing plan; regularly updating the management team on progress
    • Full fill the role of “Brand Guardian” for the company brand
    • Responsible for logistics and delivery of all marketing material
    • Liaising with the management team to successfully implement marketing initiatives

    IT Personnel

    Location: Ayobo, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • To be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hardware & software components of the organization's computers.
    • They also support these systems through remote access or site visits as needed by management teams within their company.
    • Check computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
    • Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
    • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance
    • Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
    • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment
    • Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
    • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
    • Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
    • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place order.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
    • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
    • 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.
    • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
    • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
    • Excellent communication ability
    • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
    • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
    • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N60,000 Monthly.

    Administrative Officer

    Location: Ayobo, Lagos

    Responsibilities

    • Display professional etiquette at all times. This applies especially when a client has come over for an important meeting.
    • Demonstrate time management skills as many tasks are time-bound. For instance, filing the property tax every year before the due date or managing to book two connecting flights in a manner that there is no overlap.
    • Oversee the staff at every level. This includes the cleaning staff and other maintenance staff. Review their requirements to ensure that the supplies are available.
    • Type the documents and proofread them before submitting them. These documents may either be on behalf of the company or some other department of the company.
    • Review the income and expenses of every department. This is crucial as the final report submitted by the administrative officer would be based on this review.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.

    Salary
    N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
