Responsibilities
Programme Development & Execution
- Design and implement quarterly outreach programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic pillars.

- Develop and manage skills training and venture support programs to enhance economic empowerment.
- Ensure smooth execution of medical outreaches, family support initiatives, and community engagement activities.
- Establish and enforce monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact and effectiveness.
Fundraising, Grant Writing & Donor Relations
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure sustainable financial resources.
- Identify and apply for grants, corporate sponsorships, and government funding opportunities.

- Oversee the Adopt-a-Child initiative and other donor engagement programs.

- Mobilize volunteers, community leaders, and corporate sponsors to support program execution.
- Represent the organization at fundraising events, networking forums, and policy advocacy meetings.
Operations & Team Leadership
- Establish and lead a high-performing project team to drive efficiency and impact.
- Oversee logistics, procurement, and distribution processes for outreach programs.
- Develop risk management strategies to address operational challenges.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project governance and compliance.
Data & Impact Measurement
- Implement real-time tracking systems to monitor program reach and effectiveness.
- Prepare impact reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and program design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years\' work experience with at least 2 years\' experience in programme/project management, preferably in the humanitarian, social impact, or development sector.
- Proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management.
- Experience in community engagement, volunteer management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement frameworks.
- Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.
- Project planning, budgeting, and execution expertise.
- Ability to analyze data and generate impact-driven reports.

Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with the organization\'s strategic goals.

- Management of the company\'s cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity and optimization of cash utilization.
