Job Brief

• We are in search of an organized, resourceful Film Production Assistant to provide support to the production team, often working behind the scenes to ensure the process runs smoothly.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Director and Producer in coordinating and executing tasks
• Organizing scripts and distributing call sheets
• Ensuring all necessary equipment and props are ready for filming
• Helping set up and tear down sets
• Assisting in managing schedules and coordinating logistics

Requirements; 

• BA/HND in Film, Media or Theatre Arts 
• Candidate must possess excellent written and spoken command of English language. 
• Candidate must possess appreciable level of competence in MS Office; Word, 
• Proficient in Microsoft Package: PowerPoint, Excel etc… 
• Candidate must possess excellent email etiquette and client relation skills. 
• Candidate must be ready for the rigours of film production. 
• Candidate must be focused, committed, disciplined and timely with responsibilities. 
• Candidate must be willing to learn, grow and morph into a producer.

Responsibilities 

• Identifying new business opportunities, markets, clients, partnerships or products and services. 
• Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients. 
• Build and maintain relationship with new and existing clients 
• Research new markets and emerging market trends. 
• Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients. 

Requirements;

• Candidate should be vastly networked within the entertainment, advertising and corporate spaces.
• Bachelor’s degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Candidate should possess some digital marketing skills/experience.
• Candidate should be able to build strong, compelling and visually appealing pitch decks.
• Candidate should be excellent at presentation – confident and well-spoken.
• Candidate should be self-driven and focused.
• Should be less than 38 years old.
• Other advantage(s); previous working experience in a creative or marketing agency, graphics design skills, social media management skills, team management skills, project management skills.
