    National Administrator/General Manager

    Purpose of the Job:

    • Manage client relationships and ensure consistent growth in project income for the organization.
    • Manage the Departmental Heads and office support staff, ensure adequate administrative support and maintenance of all physical assets.
    • Ensure that the Company's facilities and utilities are functioning adequately.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Accountant

    Job Profile:

    As an Accountant, your overall responsibility is to be the business partner to the asset management business.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Timely preparation and presentation of
      • Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Budget
      • Monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
      • Monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis comparing budget tactual
    • Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating inadequacies
    • Timely processing of payments tvendors
    • Compare monthly, quarterly and annual budgets against actual performance.
    • Prepare weekly liquidity reports/cashflow projections
    • Ensure the preparation, remittance and timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns

    • Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of financial statement, ratios, and analysis.
    • Experience working with external auditors, internal controls, and compliance-related issues.

    Private Equity Analyst

    The Private Equity Analyst will be involved in the deal sourcing, analysis, execution, monitoring and exit of private equity investments. Our client seeks individuals who embody our core values & have a demonstrated history of academic and professional achievement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Investment Research Analyst

    Job Summary:

    To conduct independent research of investment opportunities as well as assist with the preparation of client portfolio reports and presentation materials. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Carry out independent research by analyzing financial information of assigned companies including macro and industry research. 
    • Prepare research reports/ presentation summarizing findings from independent research.  
    • Develop financial models and projections to support investment decision-making.
    • Monitor market news and developments relaying relevant information to investment team.

    Finance Manager

    Purpose of the Job

    • Manage all aspects of Accounting & Financial Management/Reporting.
    • Assist in Managing client relationships and ensure consistent growth in project income.
    • Liaise with the external Auditors, Accountants, and Tax Authorities to ensure the timely completion of all statutory returns and Accounts.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure that the Company's Accounting records are properly maintained.
