    Job Summary

    • Our client in the FMCG industry is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints efficiently, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
    • The role involves interacting with distributors, retailers, and end consumers while ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues, order inquiries, and service requests.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and other communication channels.
    • Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and order processes.
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality, delivery, and orders.
    • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments while ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.

    Technical Skills

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • Our client, a reputable company in the Feminine Care Products industry, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure regulatory compliance, and support effective financial planning and reporting.
    • The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the company’s financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.

    • Our client, a reputable company in the Feminine Care Products (FMCG) industry, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory, ensure proper storage of products, and support efficient warehouse operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, store, and issue products accurately in line with company procedures.
    • Maintain proper inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
    • Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of feminine care products to maintain quality standards.
    • Conduct regular stock counts and promptly report any discrepancies.
