    Fiels Sales Officer

    Work Mode: Hybrid (Field-Based – 1 day in office weekly)
    Work Schedule: Monday – Friday

    Overview

    FMR Agency is recruiting 10 results-driven Field Sales Officers to support customer acquisition and revenue growth within the digital payments sector.
    The successful candidates will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and activating new business clients across high-density commercial areas in Lagos. This role is primarily field-based and requires proactive prospecting, strong persuasion skills, and the ability to meet structured monthly sales targets.

    Ultimately, you will drive merchant acquisition, increase product adoption, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and engage potential business clients (SMEs, retail stores, hospitality outlets, corporate clients, etc.) within assigned territories.
    • Promote and sell digital payment solutions, including collections and payout services.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain features and benefits to prospects.
    • Support merchants through onboarding, KYC documentation, and activation processes.
    • Achieve assigned monthly merchant acquisition and activation targets.
    • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities using CRM tools or provided reporting platforms.
    • Provide follow-up support to ensure customer retention and consistent product usage.
    • Report market insights and competitor activities to sales leadership.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
    • 1–2 years of direct sales experience (FinTech, banking, telecoms, FMCG, or related industries preferred).
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
    • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
    • Ability to work independently in field environments.
    • Good knowledge of the Lagos business landscape.
    • Basic digital literacy (smartphone usage, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

    Accountant

    Work Schedule: 6 days per week, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

    Overview

    FMR Agency is recruiting a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to oversee financial operations within a structured retail environment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial records, preparing reports, reconciling transactions, supervising payroll, monitoring vendor payments, and ensuring accurate inventory and expense tracking. This role requires strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

    Ultimately, you will ensure financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting to support effective business decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
    • Reconcile daily cashier records, POS transactions, banking activities, and maintain accurate financial databases for vendors and suppliers.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales, expenses, petty cash, payables, and receivables reports.
    • Manage payroll preparation and ensure timely salary payments and statutory remittances.
    • Conduct periodic financial audits, oversee inventory financial tracking, and ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an accounting role, preferably within retail or supermarket operations.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory).
    • Experience in preparing financial reports, payroll, and vendor reconciliations.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines consistently.
