    Accounts/Finance Manager

    Description:

    An Oil and gas Company is seeking to employ a Finance Manager with cognate experience in the downstream Oil and gas Sector to join our corporate finance and accounting team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for all finance and accounting activity in the Company and its affiliates, which includes implementing and driving strategy, preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reporting requirements, analyses of financial performance, budgeting, planning and forecasting, project analysis, investment appraisals and responsible for ensuring full policy implementation and documentation of corporate finance policies and procedures.

    The objective is to provide accurate financial information, mitigate financial and legal risks, and support the expansion of the business.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • 12 years of cognate experience and above
    •  A degree in Accounting or a related field, Must be a Chartered Accountant (ICAN) and have other relevant professional qualifications.
    • Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    •  Must have very strong analytical skills.
    •  Excellent working knowledge of finance, budgeting, accounting systems/software, procedures, policies, rules, practices, and cost control principles.
    • Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills. Able to do macros, and develop complex business models in Excel.
    • Very strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Attention to work under tight timelines.
    • Attention to detail.

    Salary Range: 4.2 million Annual package

    Information Technology Officers

    Job Description/Summary

    IT support officers will be mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, and the internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.

    Responsibilities

    • Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
    • Setting up of computer LAN for a new outlet while providing the solution to IT matters concurrently.
    • Verify functionality of hardware and software components
    • Conduct consistent network backup operations
    • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
    • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
    • Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.
    • Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on login, and resolving issues arising
    • Install and train end-users of club lighting and controllers
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone
    • Investigating, diagnosing, and solving computer software and hardware faults
    • Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
    • Maintaining records of software licenses

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • 6 years minimum cognate experience
    • Must be very experienced with IT infrastructure management.
    • Experienced with all relevant software Programming etc.
    • BSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field or Bachelor's degree; directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    • Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
    • Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
    • Good interpersonal skills should be able to interact with all staff across all levels and cadre
    • Creative, open to new ideas, and ability to multi-task effectively
