    Package Coordinator

    ACTIVITIES
    The “Package Coordinator” will maintain a central position for coordination of all activities, technical and “commercial”, within the SPS package. He will be responsible for providing support to the SPS General Manager and Project Controls Manager to ensure identification, tracking and follow-up of activities, ensuring focus on timely resolution in line with Project schedule demands. Responsibilities will comprise the following:
    •    Provide assistance to the GM and project control manager for all internal / external communications.
    •    Oversee the administrative task necessary for the running of the SPS Contract; organize registers and filing/archiving systems.
    •    Prepare with the assistance of SPS team and consolidate the required SPS project reporting to third parties and authorities, such as Partners, NAPIMS, DPR and NCDMB.
    •    Assist Contract Engineer in Management of Change process, through the provision of a note, coordinating discipline input.
    •    Gather and prepare all necessary Derogation Request to TOTAL HQ; and ensure corresponding follow-up until resolution with Corporate Specialists
    •    Support for technical reporting and meetings organization and attendance
    •    Monitoring and follow up of technical queries arising from CONTRACTOR and ensure corresponding follow-up until resolution
    •    Follow-up of  HSE design aspects such as HAZID / HAZOP / PTR findings ensuring that Project Audit results are taken into account in the design
    •    Collect information for the preparation of integrated action plan tool and follow-up of tracking register for SPS Package activities
    •    Ensure the follow-up and reporting of the Nigerian Investment and Capacity Building plan included in Contractor project execution plan.
    •    Prepare with the assistance of SPS team and consolidate the required SPS project reporting to third parties and authorities, such as Partners, NAPIMS, DPR and NCDMB.
    •    Collate data and assist the GM SPS for the preparation of presentations on an as required basis.
    •    Co-ordinate and follow up the Services to Company to be provided by SPS Contractor.
    •    Participate to meetings with Team and SPS Contractor; monitor SPS Team Action Register and expedite close out of the actions.
    •    Co-ordinate all IS/IT issues including running of the EDMS(PRODOM), assist SPS Team members whenever possible and organize ad-hoc IS/IT support.

    Throughout project phases he will be supported in above tasks by a technical team of dedicated Engineers and Specialists mobilized to the project or by COMPANY corporate services. As part of his day-to-day tasks he will ensure the liaison and coordination of the project technical team. He will report directly to the SPS Package Control Manager

    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    The candidate will be experienced in EPC contracts related to subsea facilities, with previous experience of working for Project team. This is very much a “hands on“ role, requiring engagement on a detailed level with a wide range of issues.

    As Package Coordinator’s primary focus is required to be on delivery of SPS Equipments in accordance with Contract requirements. The objective of the role is to provide state of art tracking system to manager to facilitate on-time delivery, within budget and to specification. The Package Coordinator will be required to monitor and pro- actively follow-up all aspects of the SPS Contractor’s performance that participate to the achievement of this objective. Package Coordinator will be assisted in his endeavors’ by a Planning Engineer, Engineering team, QC / surveillance team and Package leads support.

    NECESSARY PROFILE
    •   Qualification: The candidate will ideally be graduated with a MSc in engineering that relates to industry at large and  preferably  to  Petroleum  industry  activities  (such  as  Mechanical  Engineering,  Ocean  &  Subsea Engineering); certified copy of diploma with grade shall be provided; ideally the candidate will be also a chartered Engineer (such  as  CEng  MICE);  his  education will  have  been  complemented by professional trainings during his past professional experience. Pending professional experience, candidate a Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Engineering will be also given consideration for the position.
    •   The candidate will have 10 years’ experience in the industry (although preferably with practice of Oil & Gas industry for offshore and subsea works) as project engineer with responsibilities including small team management and construction / fabrication site experience; he will also have knowledge of international design codes / standards.
    •   Mobility: placement is primarily in Lagos, Nigeria with the potential for international trips.
    •   Language: English fluent.
    •   Good level of computer literacy
    •   Good reporting abilities.

    Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer - Turbines

    TASKS/ACTIVITIES
    The Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer Turbines will be responsible for the Client FPSO Turbines discipline commissioning.

    The Lead Mechanical Commissioning Engineer Turbines will:
    •    Be the focal point within the mechanical turbines discipline for the entities involved in the definition and preparation of the commissioning activities related to the mechanical discipline.
    •    Ensure that all activities related to mechanical turbines discipline commissioning are defined correctly.
    •    Review the Contractors testing and commissioning procedures, schedule, and execution plans.
    •    Identify and address all interface issues with other disciplines with respect to the mechanical turbines commissioning activities.
    •    Organize the preparation and supervise the safe execution of the mechanical turbines commissioning activities.
    •    Assist the FPSO commissioning leader in all FPSO commissioning issues.
    •    Define the sub-system boundary limits and commissioning packages within sub-systems.
    •    Define the mechanical turbines pre-commissioning and commissioning scope within the sub-systems.
    •    Approve the contractor’s definitions.
    •    Follow up and review the contractor’s preparation for pre-commissioning and commissioning scope for both onshore and offshore related to all mechanical turbines equipment.
    •    Ensure contractors PTW and mechanical turbines isolation procedures and practices are in line with Company expectations.
    •    Development of methods and strategies for commissioning.
    •    Approve the contractors system commissioning procedures and Operational Test Procedures.
    •    Approve the mechanical OTPs and the mechanical content of other OTPs.
    •    Witness the contractor’s performance of pre-commissioning to achieve mechanical turbines completion on a sub-system basis.
    •    Approve the contractor’s punch list activities and control of punch list items including sign-off of punch list items.
    •    Witness contractor’s performance of onshore commissioning to achieve RFSU on system and sub- system basis for all mechanical turbines related equipment.
    •    Approval the contractor’s pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
    •    Follow up the contractor’s FAT activities at supplier premises.
    •    Assistance and follow up the contractor during off-shore installation, hook-up and commissioning and production start-up.
    •    Co-ordinate   the   preparation   of   mechanical   turbines   commissioning activities   with   all   project entities/existing facilities
    •    Assists the package managers on the definition of the mechanical turbines commissioning parts of the different contracts
    •    Develop  a  strategy  in  order  to  maximize  onshore  commissioning  and  minimize  lost  time  due  to interfaces, along with a commissioning sequence
    •    Develop a progress reporting and planning system, issuing weekly and monthly mechanical turbines commissioning reports.
    •    Manage the preparation of pre-commissioning / commissioning procedures and reporting tools (including technical database, planning, punch list control).
    •    Assist the FPSO commissioning leader.
    •    Prepare and supervise the execution of mechanical commissioning to maximize productivity, respect the schedule, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over.
    •    Supervise and monitor the preparation and the realization of the testing activities by the Contractor(s)
    •    Ensure that the pre-commissioning schedule is implemented in line with commissioning planning and priorities
    •    Check progress and ensure correct reporting of the commissioning activities
    •    Follow up punch list register
    •    Ensure that preservation is performed as per the procedures before FPSO sail-away
    •    Any other responsibilities/activities within the limits of the Service holders capabilities.

    HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    NECESSARY PROFILE
    •    Education: B. Eng (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering.
    •    Professional experience: 7 - 10 years working on mechanical rotating equipment and systems of which 5 years specifically on mechanical Turbines on large Oil and Gas Facilities mechanical systems.
    •    Understanding, expert knowledge and experience of preparing commissioning strategy, developing network planning, coordinating integrated plan, contractor follow up and supervision during pre- commissioning and commissioning.
    •    Management of systems handover process and integration with Oil and Gas project operations teams.
    •    Proven experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning of large mechanical systems.
    •    Risk analysis, Safety of persons and facilities experience and capabilities.
    •    Thorough knowledge of OPERCOM methodology and ICAPS software.
    •   Supervisory experiences and ability to manage the works of multi engineering teams simultaneously.
    •    Good supervisory, presentation and communication skills, team management skills
    •    Language: Fluent in English with French an advantage.

    HSE Inspector

    ACTIVITIES
    The FPSO HSE Inspector will report on permanent basis to FPSO HSE Supervisor. The role will also have functional reporting line to the FPSO HSE Superintendent and FPSO HSE Manager. Be based at Construction yard in Various locations in Lagos, the SERVICEholder will have responsibility to monitor the implementation of Company HSE Project HSE requirements and the SHI HSE Project procedures.HSE and Security is given the first priority throughout all phases of the FPSO and that corresponding requirements are properly implemented by all involved.

    The SERVICE holder is directly responsible to:
    •     Ensuring at least 90\%availability on site, patrolling to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
    •     Ensuring that hazards in workplace are properly identified and corrected immediately where possible, or reported to Company and Contractor management.
    •     Ensuring that all activities carried out on site are duly approved by Contractor’s PTW system and an approved Work Order is issued.
    •     Ensuring that JSA is conducted for all critical activities and that the hazard control measures are in place before commencement of work.
    •     As may be required, participate in Risk Assessment reviews. PTW administration, site tours or any other Contractor HSE supervision function.
    •     Perform HSE inspection of work sites and issue daily report to Company through the HSE Supevisor.
    •     Stop every activity that can lead to an incident or injury of personnel and ensure that the risk is controlled before work resumes.
    •     Closely follow up with the implementation of HSE procedures on construction sites of contractors and subcontractors.
    •     Participate in daily toolbox meetings with the contractor’s HSE supervisors on site.
    •     Advise Company HSE Supervisor on resources and materials required for adequate coverage of HSE supervision of site.
    •     Monitor the implementation and close-out of HSE actions from anomaly reports, inspection and audits of contractor and subcontractor sites assigned.
    •     Ensure that contractors and sub-contractors comply with all the relevant HSE requirements as per Contractor’s HSE procedures, Company HSE expectations and other relevant international regulations and standards.
    •     When designated, participate in incident investigations and ensure that relevant information is obtained from sources.

    ACCOUNTABILITIES
    The SERVICE holder shall be fully accountable and directly responsible for:
    •     Participate when designated, frequent site visit and  workshop around sites when required.
    •     Assist in the full implementation of approved Project HSE Plan and contractual HSE requirements in all activities of the FPSO Package by company team, contractor and subcontractors.
    •     Assist HSE Supervisor on safety and security awareness and promotion of best practices with adequate emphasis on COMPANY Golden Rules.

    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    •   Degree in Engineering or Safety Related Certification.
    •  Minimum 5 years working experience in the Oil and Gas production projects, with minimum 3 years on position(s) of similar HSE responsibilities. Experience in shipyard recommended.
    •  Thorough knowledge of risk assessment techniques, SERVICE safety analysis.
    •  Administrative skills including proficiency in typical office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
    • Fluent in English and ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company.
    •  Geographical mobility.

    Safety Design Engineer

    ACTIVITIES
    During Project Execution phase
    •   Ensure that safety aspects in general (Health, Safety and Environment), and in particular the safety issues of the Client FPSO design, in the Detailed Design Engineering phase of the FPSO  are fully covered  and  addressed  according  to  COMPANY  general  specification  and requirements.
    •   Liaise with the Project HSE Engineer, the Environmental Engineer and the Operational Safety Case coordinator who will be located in the central Project Management Team. Liaise on-site, as required, with the FPSO and Hull construction site safety superintendents, supervisors and technicians as well as the contractors own HSE specialists.
    •   Ensure the adequacy of the FPSO contractor’s design, in compliance with regulations, reference documents and best practices, of the Project HSE plan throughout the remaining Project activities, namely: detailed engineering, construction, tow, installation, hook-up commissioning and start-up.
    •   Provide  comments  on  technical  documentation  from  engineering  contractors  and  vendors related to Safety & Fire Fighting systems, marine life saving & rescue equipment. More specifically:

    1.     Review   of   safety   deliverables:   Safety   Philosophies,   Safety   Specifications   and Datasheets,   Hazardous Area Classifications, SCE and Performance Standards.
    2.     Review Safety Equipment layouts, F&G Detector layouts, PFP drawings.
    3.     Check relevant sizing / calculations notes of safety equipment / Fire fighting systems.
    4.     Review  of  safety  studies  such  as  Fire  Risk  Assessment,  CFD  Explosion  Risk Assessment, Flare & Vent Dispersion and Radiation Study, CFD Exhaust Gas Dispersion Study, Safety Distances Calcs, Dropped Object Studies, Ship Collision Study, Heli-Crash Study, Escape & Evacuation & Rescue Analysis, Ergonomics Study, Health Risk Assessment, F&G Mapping Study, RAM / FMECA, Noise & Vibration Study, SIL Determination, Verification & Validation, Technological Risk Assessment, Quantitative Risk Assessment etc.
    5.     Ensuring  that  safety  engineering  documentation,  requisitions  for  procurement  and suppliers bids evaluation are fully compliant with Design Dossier major documentation (safety concept, PIDs, ESD logic, safety diagrams….etc) and with Company General specifications.
    6.     Review other disciplines documents requiring safety engineering inputs.
    7.     Participate in HAZIDs, HAZOPs, SIL workshops etc.

    •   Following day-to-day progress of safety engineering activities from detailed engineering through to field start up.
    •   Ensuring   close   coordination   with   other   disciplines   (in   particular   process,   control   / instrumentation, HVAC etc.) to avoid discrepancies and documentation recycling.
    •   Be proactive and work directly with Contractors to avoid elongated document revision cycles.
    •   Managing / attending as necessary project and technical follow up meeting with Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors.
    •   Contribute to effective design fit for purpose, safe and on basis of “proven technology”.
    • For safety discipline, ensuring full and efficient coordination with Field Operations during development of FPSO design, construction and commissioning with target of efficient start up / hand  over  to  Operation  (including  preparation  and  performing  of  training  to  operators  as necessary).
    •   Following  up  recommendation  from  HAZIDs,  HAZOPs,  PTRs  and  other  safety  review workshops.
    •   Implementing and updating of Project Safety dossier.
    •   Following up of field engineering modifications for safety discipline as relevant.
    •   Interface with FPSO Hull & Topsides Engineers in providing necessary support and advice on the validation and follow up of the facilities layout.
    •   Participate  to  the  selection  of  safety  &  emergency/rescue  equipment,  marine  life  saving equipment in compliance with Company specifications & standards.
    •   Participate and assess the tests related to FAT, Pre commissioning and commissioning of the Safety & Fire Fighting systems, marine life saving & rescue equipment.
    •   Ensure that Safety & Fire Fighting systems, marine life saving & rescue equipment is in regard with the detailed engineering phase.
    •   Participate and provide necessary support for the development of operating procedures of the safety equipment on board the FPSO facilities prior to towing and installation phase.
    •   Take a proactive role to Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the Company‘s policies and procedures,
    •   Support the development and delivery of a positive safety culture in the engineering team.
    •   Any other work of a similar nature as may be requested by COMPANY.

    CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT
    •    Detailed engineering of Topsides to take place in Lagos.

    Completions and Workover Superintendent Services

    SERVICES Objectives:
    •    Completions & Work over operations onshore and offshore
    •    Write the completion installation program and End of well report (EOWR).
    •    Provide additional support as may be required during the project execution phase.
    •    Provide Completion Operations expertise to Project Realisation Process (value assurance), through peer reviews and technical challenge sessions.

    SERVICES Description:
    QHSE
    •    Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment, by adhering to:
    - Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
    - Corporate Health, Safety & Environment Policy, and applying Safety Management Systems.
    •    Review HSE risk acceptance criteria and specific emergency preparedness requirements for completions projects and update as required.
    •    Maintain an overview of all non-conformances, which have arisen with regard to specific completion projects
    •    Review the preparation of the HSE case for any assign completion project.
    •    Investigate and report on-site incidents and non-conformances where assigned.
    •    Follow up the well specific HSE plan during the operations.
    •    Participate to regular well service and stimulation unit inspections with contractor and act on the results of these.
    •    Ensure QA/QC commitments from services companies are applied.
    •    Perform QHSE audit of service companies in accordance to the company rules.

    Main Responsibilities
    •    Lead and optimise the design of the completions starting from the conceptual design and supervise the installation of the final design following the client’s company rules. Write standard completions and work over instruction, initial completion & work over programs and End of well report (EOWR).
    •    Serve as technical lead for call for tender process for completions/work over contracts including Hiring of light work over rigs (rig equipment specifications/selection and rig acceptance).
    •    Manage actively completions/work over contracts and the timely procurement of completions Materials.
    •    Work with Reservoir & Production Engineers, Geologists, Petro physicists, Drilling Engineers and Drilling Fluid specialists, to develop depletion, perforation and completion strategies for wells.
    •    Supervise the preparation of well completions/work over sub-assemblies in the contractor’s base.
    •    Give adequate technical directions and managerial support for in-progress operations on the rig.
    •    Manage the operations on light rigs dedicated to completions/work over operations as the direct Report of company man on the rig.
    •    Identify completion risk and risk management.
    •    Conduct look-backs and debriefing as appropriate.
    •    Perform technical audit in services companies.
    •    Prepare and continuously update the internal “Completion/Work over Know-how document”.

    Other Responsibilities
    •    Diagnose and recommend appropriate work over and/or intervention programs for existing completions.
    •    Plan, coordinate and supervise other onshore and offshore well intervention operations including pressure surveys, fishing, perforations, CBL/VDL logging, sand clean-out, TTBPs, water shut-off, etc.
    •    Prepare well servicing operations.
    •    Interface with different asset group when necessary.
    •    Maintain an effective relationship with completion design and implementation specialists.
    •    Have a regular contact with service companies to discuss and implement programmes and investigate new applicable technologies

    Accountabilities:
    •    Review all job/service tickets concerning completion and work over activity and verify if they are in compliance with contractual requirements and quote proposals.
    •    Request various quotations before to issue Material or Service request.
    •    Look for best services versus Cost.
    •    Liaise with Completions  & Well Interventions Manager on all aspects of the completion and work over activities

    SERVICES PERSONNEL Profile:
    •    Experience with and knowledge of slickline and well intervention operations (CTU, snubbing, stimulation pumping) is very important.     
    •    Knowledgeable with various completion techniques (Reservoir Wellbore Interface-sand control, hydraulic fracturing, water shut –off techniques, smart completion, etc.)
    •    IWCF certified in advanced well intervention pressure control (Wire line, Coiled Tubing & Snubbing).
    •    Minimum of 12-15 years experience on the design and installation of various types of well completions.
    •    Extensive experience in drilling and completions activities onshore, offshore (including Reservoir well bore interface, mud design, formation damage, horizontal wells techniques, HP-HT/ complex wells,  Wire line, Coiled tubing, etc).
    •    Posses knowledge and usage of the following (or related) petroleum engineering software: WELLCAT, STRESS CHECK, WELLVIEW, etc.
    •    Excellent communication skills in English.
    •    Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
    •    Trainings / Certifications: Must possess current IWCF, BOSIET or SAS / HUET (as a minimum) & Medical certifications.

    QC Inspector

    ACTIVITIES
    •    Conduct evaluation & assessment (initial and periodic) of Contractors, Subcontractors & Suppliers Quality Management Systems   processes and procedures in accordance with the Client SPS Contract Terms & Conditions, GS Specifications, Exhibit H (and attachments) and Project Surveillance Plan. Preparation and issue of summary reports and CAR’s. Conduct initial and periodic site assessments of Contractor in accordance with Project Surveillance Plan
    •    Monitor, report and expedite the progress, schedule and delivery of equipment and material within the EGINA SPS Project “Supply Chain” at various Contractor, Subcontractor & Suppliers locations and facilities.
    •    Ensure the ongoing compilation, availability, compliance and maintenance of project document deliverables and   quality records.  Monitor, report   and   expedite the   progress, schedule  and   delivery  of   “Final Documentation”.
    •    Conduct inspection visits and assignments in accordance with instructions received from the IWOCS and QA Package Lead and provide summary visit reports.
    •    Ensure that Contractor, Subcontractor and Supplier organizations perform QC inspection activities in accordance with project requirements, specified acceptance criteria and the contracted scope of work.
    •     Review, monitor and report the status of inspection and test activities executed by the Project “Supply Chain” Organizations (Contractor, Subcontractor, and Supplier).
    •    Monitor the performance of the “Supply Chain” organizations in the management, control and reporting of QC processes and testing activities.
    •     Attend selected critical inspections & tests as directed by IWOCS and QA Package Leads.
    •     Attend Pre-Production Meetings (PPMs) as necessary to ensure the communication of Client’s QA/QC project requirements.
    •    Conduct surveillance & review of the preparation of final document deliverable (MRB’s, Mechanical Completion dossiers, Shipping and Transportation).
    •     Generation and issue of “Inspection Release Note (IRN)” where applicable.
    •     Review  of  accompanying  documentation  to  interim  certificates  for  completeness  in  accordance  with  Contract Requirements
    •     Assist the co-ordination of quality issues between “Supply Chain” and Client Project Teams members.
    •     Follow up NCR / CAR processes as required.
    •     Provide written for assessments, site visits and progress, weekly and monthly, to IWOCS Package Lead and Package QA Manager.
    •    Represent COMPANY for all designated surveillance points as detailed within the Inspection Test Plans
    •    Monitor  control  materials  for  conformance  to  specification requirements  and  storage  and  preservation conditions. Ensure adequacy of traceability records
    •    Verify that materials controls, equipment assembly and test processes are conducted in accordance with Contract and Total General Specifications
    •    Review of controls integration for completeness, highlighting any shortfalls or materials control issues to Delivery Leader
    •    Provide daily/weekly input to the QA/QC reporting system, with regards to trends and unresolved exceptions and problems.
    •    Provide early warning of potential quality problem
    •    Monitor Non Conformance Reports. Ensure that NCR are effectively tracked and closed by OTHER CONTRACTOR. Identify any trends to Delivery Leader
    •    Provide expertise to site team to avoid/resolve quality problems.
    •    Verify that all testing procedures have been approved and are on site. Confirm testing parameters are duly recorded and that testing equipment is calibrated.
    •    Ensure that Gas Testing is conducted in accordance with specification if applicable
    •    Review fabrication and build records ensuring that they are consistent with specification, are acceptable and are progressively compiled so as to be available at equipment handover.
    •    Witness FAT, EFAT and SIT, Perform final quality check prior to acceptance
    •    Assist in Verification, Monitoring and Close-out of Punch List items;

    NECESSARY PROFILE
    •  Education: HND level or above in Engineering discipline or equivalent / IRCA registered auditor
    •  Qualification: minimum 10 years’ experience in Quality Management Systems in the Oil and Gas Industry, of which 2 years spent in Subsea Production System and recent experience in subsea covering all aspects of engineering, procurement, materials inspection , testing, fabrication and compilation of final documentation.
    •  Previous experience of Company / Operator Representation during similar type project execution is a distinct advantage
    •  Clear commitment to QA and HSE
    •  Mobility: Placement is primarily in Kongsberg, Norway with possible missions at SPS Contractor’s Suppliers and Vendors.
    •  Language: English fluent
