Overview:

We are seeking an experienced National Service Manager for an expatriate role based in Lagos, Nigeria. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aftersales service operations in the white goods sector, including warranty claim management, customer complaint resolution, and the repair or replacement of defective products. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction across the country.

Description:

• Develop and implement effective aftermarket service strategies
• Oversee the processing of warranty claims and customer complaints
• Design and monitor frameworks for the repair or replacement of defective products
• Develop and enhance standard operating procedures for the Service Team
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all after-sales services
• Train, lead, and monitor the performance of the customer service team
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts sourcing and service support
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal quality standards
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to boost brand loyalty
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics related to aftersales service

Candidate Specifications:

• 8-10 years experience in aftersales service management or a similar role
• White goods industry experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong background in team leadership and customer service management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of handling high-volume operations and multitasking
• Prior experience working in Nigeria or similar markets is highly desirable
• Open to candidates with a willingness to relocate to Lagos

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Loan Officer to support our lending operations. The Loan Officer will facilitate the onboarding of customers applying for loans, ensure accurate review of applications and documentation, monitor loan disbursement and repayment, and guide clients through the loan process to ensure clarity on terms and obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the onboarding process for customers applying for loans, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Review loan applications thoroughly and verify that all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Provide clear explanations to clients regarding loan terms, conditions, and their responsibilities throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as credit assessment, risk, and collections to support effective loan processing and management.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, approvals, and repayments.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues related to loan applications and repayments in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2-5years of experience in lending, banking, or financial services.
• Good understanding of loan products, documentation requirements, and lending processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Skills:

• Experience with FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines.
• Operation and troubleshooting of high-speed bottling lines (e.g., bottle fillers, capping, labeling machines).
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

Requirements 

• Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
