Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and procedures.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities.
• Adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality and meet production quotas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Skills:

• Experience with FFS (Form-Fill-Seal) machines.
• Operation and troubleshooting of high-speed bottling lines (e.g., bottle fillers, capping, labeling machines).
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

Requirements 

• Minimum of Trade Test Certificate or OND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in operating various types of machinery
