Position Summary

• We seek a skilled Odoo expert with hands-on experience in WooCommerce integration. The ideal candidate must be proficient in configuring and customizing Odoo to work effectively with WooCommerce stores. You will play a crucial role in setting up automated workflows, troubleshooting integration issues, and optimizing business operations for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Odoo-WooCommerce integration to synchronize products, inventory, orders, and customer data.
• Customize and optimize Odoo ERP to align with business needs, including accounting, CRM, inventory, and reporting.
• Automate workflows between WooCommerce and Odoo to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between both systems.
• Provide training and documentation on best practices for managing Odoo and WooCommerce together.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance integration functionality.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with Odoo ERP and integrating it with WooCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules, including Inventory, Sales, Accounting, and CRM.
• Experience in configuring Odoo API and third-party integration tools.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, and their database structures.
• Ability to troubleshoot errors and optimize system performance.
• Strong understanding of business operations, including order management and fulfillment processes.
• Good communication skills and ability to train clients or team members on using the integrated system.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Odoo.sh and Odoo custom module development.
• Knowledge of Python and XML for Odoo customization.
• Experience with Zoho, ERPNext, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of e-commerce workflows, accounting principles, and automation strategies.

About the Role:

• We are looking for a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team on a temporary two-month contract. This role involves organizing our accounting books, managing tax compliance, and ensuring all necessary documents are submitted accurately and on time. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax and VAT laws specific to Rivers State and Nigeria, and be adept at working with Zoho Books (preferred) or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:

• Review and organize financial records for tax preparation and compliance.
• Ensure accurate filing of tax and VAT documents in line with Nigerian and Rivers State laws.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation efficiently and within deadlines.
• Provide guidance on tax structuring to optimize compliance and financial accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and documents.

Requirements:

• Location: Based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
• Experience: Strong background in Nigerian tax law, VAT regulations, and general accounting practices.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Zoho Books (preferred) or QuickBooks.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to work quickly, and deliver accurate results.
• Availability: Able to commit to a full-time schedule for the next two months.
