    NYSC Retail Sales Executive

    Key Elements of the Role:

    • Search for properties that are ready to be put out for rent or sale
    • Build network of clients and bring in leads
    • Arranging and carrying out property viewings
    • Conduct appointments with registered customers
    • Making offers, liaising with estate agents and other professionals
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with property owners and tenants.
    • Maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
    • Integrate new properties into our systems and keep new clients  informed and confident in our ability to manage their property
    • Presentations of property options to clients
    • Accompanying clients on all of the viewings and communicate  feedback to owners/landlords.

    Desired Skills & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Estate Management or related field
    • Currently serving NYSC Corp Members
    • Ability to bring in potential clients and close deals
    • Possess strong negotiation skills
    • Must be presentable, confident and have high integrity
    • Performance driven & competitive
    • Highly self-motivated with a strong work ethic
    • Be passionate about the property industry
    • Exceptional written, communication & networking skills
    • Dedicated and loyal
    • Diligent and efficient
