    NYSC Intern (Operations and Export Logistics)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a serving NYSC Corps Member to join our organization as a Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).
    • The successful candidate will be based at our Sagamu warehouse to support operations, export logistics, and finance functions, while gaining hands-on training and mentorship within an agribusiness and commodity trading environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Verify supplier invoices, particularly bank account details, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Maintain accurate records of payments, bank details, KYC documents, and other regulatory registrations of suppliers.
    • Track and monitor operational expenses related to sourcing, processing, and logistics activities.
    • Prepare container-wise Certificates of Quality for export shipments.
    • Prepare packing lists and verify VGM (Verified Gross Mass) weights for shipments in line with export requirements.
    • Track stuffed containers to port, including monitoring container seals and shipment movement.
    • Support day-to-day warehouse, logistics, and export documentation activities as assigned.

    Learning & Development Opportunities:

    • Exposure to supplier management, compliance, and KYC processes within agribusiness.
    • Hands-on experience in export documentation and international trade operations.
    • Understanding of financial record-keeping, invoice verification, and expense tracking.
    • Practical knowledge of warehouse operations, containerization, and port logistics.

    Job Requirements

    • Must be a serving NYSC Corps Member.
    • Must have at least 8 months remaining in service.
    • HND or B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Agricultural Economics, or a related field.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in documentation and financial records.
    • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
    • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    Procurement Officer

     Job Summary

    • We are seeking a Procurement Officer to handle sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management, especially for engineering materials, ensuring cost efficiency and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and evaluate suppliers
    • Negotiate pricing and contracts
    • Manage purchase orders and procurement records

    NYSC Intern

    • The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and eager to learn, with a willingness to grow under structured mentorship.

    Key Responsibilities
    Selected candidates would be mentored in the following processes:

    • Verifying supplier invoices, including bank account details.
    • Maintaining records of payments, supplier bank details, KYC documents, and regulatory registrations.
    • Tracking and monitoring operational expenses.
    • Assisting in preparing container-wise Certificates of Quality for shipments.
    • Preparing packing lists and verify VGM weights for shipments.
    • Tracking stuffed containers to port and confirm seals.
    • Provide support on other day-to-day finance and operations activities

    Requirements

    • Currently serving NYSC member with at least 10 months remaining
    • Proximity to Sagamu (Redemption Camp axis)
    • Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage

    • Good communication and willingness to learn.

    Fulfilment Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Fulfilment Officer is responsible for processing, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and on time.
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective coordination with logistics and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process and verify daily customer orders from the system
    • Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to company standards
    • Ensure accuracy of order items, quantities, and packaging
    • Perform neat and presentable gift wrapping where required
    • Coordinate with logistics partners and riders for timely delivery
    • Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
    • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory
    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized fulfilment area
    • Track and update order status in the system
    • Handle returns and exchanges in line with company policy
    • Support customer service in resolving order-related issues
    • Prepare daily and weekly fulfilment reports

    Requirements

    • Previous experience in fulfilment, warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations is an advantage
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
    • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or inventory systems)
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
