    Network / Systems Administration (Technical Services)

    Job Purpose

    • To ensure Systems and Network objects companywide are functional
    • To ensure the functionality of all Company Systems and Network Objects

    Job Responsibilities
    Key Result Area 1 - Systems Management & Operations:

    • Manage and maintain messaging and collaborating systems (Ms Exchange and Google G-Suite)
    • Maintain system and verify that peripherals are working properly.
    • Identify and solve problems that arise with computer networks and systems
    • Update system as soon as new version of OS and application software comes out
    • Monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
    • Maintain network and computer system security and ensure that all systems are operating correctly
    • Collect data in order to evaluate the network’s or system’s performance and help make the system work better and faster.

    Key Result Area 2 - Hardware & Software Management:

    • Servers’ management and maintenance.
    • Monitor system performance and quickly arrange repair for hardware in occasion of hardware failure.
    • Install software and create a backup and recovery policy
    • Install all network hardware and software and make needed upgrades and repairs
    • Monitor network communication.

    Key Result Area 3 - User & Vendor Management:

    • Users supports and administration (setup and maintaining accounts)
    • Train users on the proper use of hardware and software
    • Password and identity management
    • Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network Setup security policies for users.
    • Add users to a network and assign and update security permissions on the network
    • Sourcing for genuine affordable consumables and ensure they are effectively utilized.
    • Assist BPMO establish vendor supplies meet with the customer’s specifications.

    • Update job knowledge
    • Participate in educational opportunities and read professional publications
    • Maintains personal networks
    • Participation and membership of professional organizations.

    Key Result Area 1 - Systems Management & Operations KPI:

    • System Maintenance
    • 99.99% provision of necessary computer tools and consumables.

    Key Result Area 2 - Hardware & Software Management- KPI:

    • Defective servers/workstations are brought to operation within 24hrs max
    • Daily backup of all the servers.

    Key Result Area 3 - User & Vendor Management- KPI

    • 95% of user system availability
    • 97% email services availability.

    Key Result Area 4 - Personal Development- KPI:

    • Professional Membership and participation
    • Number of training and development activities.

    Job Specification

    • Education: M.Sc in Computer Science
    • Professional Qualification: MCSE,CCNA, ITIL
    • Experience: 3 - 5 years in Network and systems Administration

    Digital Marketing Executive - Healthcare

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
    • Design, build and maintain the company’s social media presence and respond to enquiries.
    • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
    • Plan, execute, and measure A/B experiments and conversion tests.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
    • Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and troubleshoot factors mitigating against target deliverables
    • Ensure that the company’s brand identity and message is consistent.
    • Edit and post content, videos, podcasts, infographics and a wide range of content via on online sites.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for viral following and engagement.
    • Manage organization’s website, landing pages and blogs.

    • Develop periodic surveys to customers to identify customer satisfaction levels and ways to improve.

    • Strategically improve and leverage on digital platforms that clients have found more convenient interacting with.

    Qualifications and Person Specification

    • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
    • 5 - 6 years of experience in Digital Marketing in a Digital Agency.
    • Excellent working knowledge of building following and engagement via organic content promotion.
    • Experience working with sales team and supplying them with market intelligence that can lead to a sales call.
    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email campaigns, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate action.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development, Photoshop, and Coreldraw.
    • Experience using data from Questionnaires and Survey to determine customer behavior.
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
    • Dedication to customer satisfaction and providing immediate response.
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
