Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and troubleshoot MikroTik routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Implement and maintain VLANs, bridging, firewall rules, NAT, QoS, and traffic shaping.
• Set up and manage VPNs (IPsec, WireGuard, SSTP, L2TP, OpenVPN) with secure routing.
• Perform network monitoring, performance optimization, and rapid issue resolution.
• Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, OSPF/BGP routing, Hotspot, and user management.
• Document all network configurations and changes for easy reference, audits, and disaster recovery.
• Assist in network capacity planning and expansion, recommending upgrades or enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure network solutions meet organizational needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members or clients on network-related issues.
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and MikroTik features to implement best practices and improve network efficiency.

• Identify, develop, and close new retail and B2B business opportunities within the advertising and marketing space.
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to increase market share.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail and corporate (B2B) clients.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
