    National Sales Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives across Nigeria. This role involves overseeing regional sales managers, managing distributors and key accounts, leading a national sales team, and driving business growth for all hygiene product lines.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement national sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
    • Establish sales targets by region, product line, and distribution channel.
    • Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and institutional clients.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and sales terms with major clients and partners.
    • Work closely with marketing to design promotional campaigns that increase brand visibility and market penetration.
    • Manage relationships with distributors, ensuring optimal stock levels and sales performance.
    • Monitor distributor activities, performance, and compliance with company policies.
    • Conduct periodic business reviews with distributors and regional sales representatives.
    • Support distributors with sales training, marketing materials, and trade incentives.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales managers and field sales executives.
    • Define clear KPIs, track performance, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
    • Conduct regular field visits and performance evaluations.
    • Facilitate training and capacity building for the sales team on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
    • Provide management with periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecast updates.
    • Offer actionable insights to guide production planning and marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with marketing for brand-building activities and new product launches.
    • Liaise with R&D and quality teams for product improvement based on market feedback.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • MBA or postgraduate degree in Sales/Marketing (an added advantage).
    • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the FMCG or hygiene products industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial or national role.
    • Proven track record in managing distributors and achieving sales growth in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.
    • Experience in diaper, Underlay pad, sanitizing wipes, or related hygiene product lines is highly preferred.

    Quality Control Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Quality Control Officer ensures that all products manufactured meet the required quality standards before they reach customers. This role involves inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, conducting tests, and implementing quality assurance protocols to maintain consistent product excellence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications
    • Conduct routine and random sampling tests using appropriate tools and techniques
    • Monitor production processes to identify deviations and recommend corrective actions
    • Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality issues
    • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related problems
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
    • Assist in developing and updating quality control procedures and documentation
    • Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
    • Participate in internal and external audits

    Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field
    • Minimum of 1–3 years experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
    • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards)
    • Proficiency in using measuring instruments (e.g., callipers, micrometres, gauges)
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities
    • Familiarity with statistical process control and root cause analysis
