    MyCare Intern

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with order processing: receiving, verifying, and documenting customer requests.
    • Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
    • Help coordinate logistics and delivery schedules.
    • Maintain accurate records of operations and prepare basic reports.
    • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards in all processes.
    • Provide customer support by handling inquiries and resolving basic issues.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related course.
    • Strong interest in healthcare operations and logistics.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
    • Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Must have a personal laptop.

    Learning Outcomes:
    By the end of the internship, the intern will:

    • Gain hands-on experience in healthcare operations and supply processes.
    • Understand inventory management, order processing, and quality control.

    MyCare Officer

    • Advantage Health Africa is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented myCare Officer with 1–2 years of experience in the health sector to join our team. The ideal candidate will support operational processes, customer experience, inventory coordination, and logistics while ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with order processing by receiving, verifying, and documenting customer requests.

    • Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
    • Maintain accurate operational records and prepare routine reports.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Must own a personal laptop.
