    Motion Designer

    About the role

    • As a Motion Designer, you will craft high-quality animations, micro-interactions, and motion graphics that bring our digital experiences to life. Your work will improve usability, reinforce our brand identity, and create seamless interactions across web and mobile platforms. Through motion and storytelling, you will transform complex financial concepts into intuitive, engaging experiences that build trust and connection with users.
    • Collaborating with product designers, engineers, and marketers, you will define motion principles, contribute to our design system, and prototype animations that drive product innovation. Your role will be instrumental in making financial interactions feel smooth, emotionally engaging, and deeply human.

    What you’ll do

    • Design and prototype motion interactions for web and mobile, creating seamless, engaging, and intuitive experiences.
    • Collaborate with product designers, developers, illustrators, and marketing teams to integrate motion across product features, onboarding flows, and brand campaigns.
    • Define and maintain motion principles and guidelines within the design system for consistency and scalability.
    • Create high-fidelity animations using After Effects, Principle, Figma, or Framer, ensuring polished execution.
    • Partner with engineers to ensure smooth handoff, technical feasibility, and optimal implementation.
    • Iterate on animations based on user feedback, usability testing, and performance insights to refine the experience.
    • Stay ahead of motion trends, interaction patterns, and fintech best practices to drive innovation.

    What you need to succeed

    • Strong experience in interactive motion work, micro-interactions, and UI animations.
    • Proficiency in tools such as After Effects, Figma, Framer, Principle, Lottie, Rive, and CSS animations.
    • Solid understanding of timing, easing, and physics in animation to create smooth, natural interactions.
    • Ability to work within a design system and contribute to scalable motion guidelines.
    • Experience collaborating with product designers, engineers, illustrators, and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with prototyping tools and methods to communicate motion intent effectively.

    Lead, People Business Partner (PBP)

    Job Purpose

    • The Lead, People Business Partnership acts as a strategic connector between enterprise people strategy and business execution.
    • This role partners with senior business leaders to design and implement people initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and organizational capability.
    • Working closely with COEs and the broader People leadership team, the Lead ensures that workforce plans, leadership effectiveness, and change programs are delivered with consistency, insight, and measurable business impact.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with business leaders to operationalize people plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and talent priorities.
    • Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle matters in partnership with People Operations and Employee Relations.
    • Coach line managers on performance management, feedback, and team engagement.
    • Analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) to identify local trends and propose solutions.
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
    • Collaborate with COEs (Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning, ER) to deliver enterprise programs into business units.
    • Act as a culture champion, driving inclusion and accountability through daily interactions.

    What Success Looks Like 

    • You are recognized as a strategic partner on the senior leadership team for your assigned business units, shaping the long-term organizational and talent strategy.
    • You have designed and implemented business unit-specific people strategies that demonstrably contribute to achieving core business objectives (e.g., market expansion, product innovation, operational efficiency).
    • Your influence extends to shaping company-wide HR policy and program design, providing crucial business context and feedback to Centers of Excellence (COEs).
    • You have successfully led the end-to-end deployment of multiple COE-led strategic initiatives across your business units, ensuring high-quality execution, sustained adoption, and demonstrable positive impact on key people metrics.
    • You have a high-performing People Business Partner (PBP) team or support staff that you mentor, develop, and delegate effectively to, ensuring consistent, high-quality HR support for the business.
    • Your proactive people risk mitigation and strategic workforce planning result in a highly stable, engaged, and optimally structured talent base that is ahead of the curve in meeting future business needs.

    Qualifications

    • 5 - 7 years HR experience, including 3+ years in HRBP or advisory role.
    • Proven capability managing multiple business units or teams.
    • Sound understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
    • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data trends.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in fintech, banking, or digital environments.
    • Exposure to organization-wide HR transformation or scaling initiatives.

    Engineering Manager (Site Reliability)

    About the role

    • As an Engineering Manager, you will drive the successful delivery and execution of projects within your teams. You will manage end-to-end technical planning, ensuring that product requirements are translated into actionable tasks, while orchestrating collaboration between various stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, QA, and UX.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of software design and development and the ability to plan, execute, and deliver product features in a timely and predictable manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining high technical standards, managing team bandwidth, and ensuring project milestones are met with efficiency and accuracy.

    What you’ll get to do

    • Own delivery and execution within the Site Reliability Engineering tooling team. Evaluate product requirements for feasibility and ensure they align with the existing product architecture, translating them into EPICs and technical stories. Work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to refine and groom tasks.
    • Plan and organize sprints with clearly defined goals, using project planning tools to establish timelines, and delivery milestones, and identify task dependencies early. Foster engineering processes that promote seamless collaboration and teamwork.
    • Track team velocity to ensure resources are effectively allocated, balancing bandwidth with task demands. Coordinate alignment and manage dependencies across multiple stakeholders to prevent bottlenecks and ensure smooth execution.
    • Contribute to critical projects by ensuring appropriate design patterns and coding techniques are applied. Remain hands-on, participating in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
    • Ensure monitoring and observability are in place for all owned services, meeting defined SLIs/SLOs. Partner with Product Managers to track and publish post-deployment product metrics, ensuring transparency with key stakeholders.

    To succeed in this role, you should have

    • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer, or similar role.
    • 5+ years of Node JS / python experience.
    • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience is a must.
    • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, sprint planning, and backlog management.
    • Expertise in breaking down complex product requirements into structured EPICs, Stories, and Tasks.
    • Solid experience with backend technologies. Experience with frontend is a plus.
    • Knowledge of project planning tools for visualizing and tracking delivery timelines.
    • Familiarity with engineering metrics and monitoring tools to assess team performance and product health.
    • Capability to debug complex technical issues during incidents to identify solutions and run blameless RCA sessions.
    • Understanding of deployment pipelines, continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and their corresponding metrics.
    • Ability to drive alignment across diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Exceptional ability to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
    • Proven track record of improving team velocity and fostering efficient delivery.
