Responsibilities

• He shall be primarily responsible for maintaining the safety culture of his respective area.
• Optimal running of the compounding equipment.
• He is responsible for compounding emulsions of different variants and other products as need requires.
• Engages in equipment maintenance and monitor equipment functionality.
• Candidate will be responsible for mixing/compounding with correct weighed raw materials in alignment with the Weighing sheet.
• Ensure adherence to operational checklists, working instructions and equipment standard operating procedures
• Ensure zero bulk waiting time at filling lines by the optimum utilization of the Mixer(s) running time.
• Adhere strictly to the right process order and maintained proper documentation all time.
• Ensure that great hygiene standard and product quality delivery is maintained in your area at all time.
• Responsible to ensure zero RM and bulk losses.
• Ensure adherence to the PM and AM scheduling of mixing equipment’s.
• Ensure good teamwork across the production team
• Responsible for all other tasks that may be assigned in line with company objectives and that may not be explicitly set out in this description.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Science and Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Production and Chemical Engineering) is preferred.
• 2 Years of relevant work experience in FMCG /cosmetics Industries.
• Ability to take on technical projects
• Good knowledge of standard software such as MS Office.
• Experience with major change processes
• Structured and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Good communication skills
• Sound knowledge of technical troubleshooting.

Job Summary

• Direct Sales Personnel (DSP) will be responsible for generation of low-cost deposit, Merchant/Agent/ customer acquisition in the various business clusters and regions. The primary goal is to drive financial inclusion through Agent Banking, expanding the Bank’s reach across various states in Nigeria.

Job Responsibilities

• Deposit Mobilization: Drive deposit mobilization from the retail target market, including unbanked, underbanked, MSMEs, SMEs, and other potential customers.
• Agent and Merchant Management: Acquisition and management of Agents/Merchants, ensuring proper onboarding, train and guide them to drive transaction and deposit mobilization.
• Transaction Management: Monitor and track transactions, aiming to achieve monthly transaction counts and value, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• New Account Acquisition: Acquisition new accounts, focusing on individuals and businesses that fit our target market.
• Financial Literacy: Conduct financial literacy workshops and training sessions to educate customers about 9PSB's products and services, promoting financial inclusion and empowerment.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
• Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and 9PSB's policies and procedures.
