    Microbiologist

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensure timely analysis of sample to prevent production loss time and waste.
    • To make sure equipment are kept clean, calibrated, with a clean work environment always maintained.
    • Promptly document and communicate all analysis results to QA Manager and production.
    • Ensure that reagents are correctly labelled and prepared according to the standard procedures.
    • Conduct after CIP swap test and environmental microbial analysis for the plant

    Process Operator

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • The incumbent should have considerable experience in batch processing/ mixing operations. He should be able to initiate product changeovers, Cleaning in place (CIP), machine set-ups, and ultimately deliver a good processing.
    • He should be able to control process parameter to deliver the right formulation within agreed specification and time.

    Engineering Manager

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Serve as the engineering leader and technical expert.
    • He is responsible for achieving the right machine efficiency level through: Minimized breakdowns, improved machine filling rates, and implementing the required continuous improvement initiatives on the production lines.

    Quality & R&D Manager

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Working to reduce complaint and product & process non-conformities to deliver product high reliability in processing Packing operations.
    • Provide quality system and control support to the business in compliance to Regulatory agencies requirements, guidelines, and Company requirements. (e.g. Nafdac, SON, Ministries etc).

    Quality Inspector

    Location: Along Lagos Ibadan expressway, Ogun

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensures accuracy in material input for processing.
    • Also to ensure accuracy of analysis in line with guidelines and procedures to achieve product stability.

    Quality Specialist

    Duties / Responsibilities

    • Ensuring the consistent application of the organization’s Quality Management System by implementing and enforcing the quality system in a sustainable manner, resolving all Supply Chain-related Quality issues in the Distribution Centres (DCs) and preventing all forms of breaches.
    • Ensuring adherence to good hygienic, warehouse and distribution practices in all Supply Chain facilities by implementing and supervising the correct pest management programme and good working conditions in factory, suppliers’ locations, as well as Distributors’ warehouses.

    • Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety, and distribution of equipment and supplies, inventories, and products.

    • The Audit, Risk and Compliance Governance (ARCG) Business Partner is charged with the responsibility of increasing the operational efficiency of the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), by preventing fraud and eliminating wastages.     Head of Accounts

    Job Summary

    • Head of Accounts is a strategic partner in running the business and plays a crucial role in overseeing all activities of the accounting and tax accounting departments and is involved in the supervision and management of general accounting activities, analyses, business partnership, and the maintenance of effective internal controls while ensuring statutory compliance in all accounting initiatives.

    • Provide Weekly status of labor, overhead, productivity, usages, direct labor, and distribution cost.
    • Ensure bill of material and costing accurately reflect production operations
    • Ensure that financial discipline and prudence is applied for all transactions and will provide primary controls to ensure that the assets of the project are well secured.
    • Monitor the key performance indicators to assess, analyze and track manufacturing processes
    • Report the actual financial Performance and compare with the Control Levers
    • Assist the Business Accountant in the preparation of data required for forecasting, planning,and budgeting.
    • Provide weekly wastage Report.
    • Ensure inputs and outputs of inventory are analyzed accurately and timely.

    Education and Experience

    • Minimum of a Second Class upper in Accounting, Economics, or Finance from a reputable university.
    • Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA).
    • An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an advantage
    • Applicant must have a Minimum of 5 years working experience in similar role as Production Accountant.
    • Age Requirement: 28- 35 years old.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Good Analytical and innovative skills.
    • Must be self-motivated
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Power Point or related software.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
