MAIN FUNCTIONS 

Job Summary:

• A Power BI Expert level with a very high proficiency in the development of bespoke queries and interactive visual dashboards in Power BI using data from several Contract & Procurement Business applications including UNISUP (SAP), MS Excel, ARIBA eSourcing, Agora (contract management application), NIPEX and various MS office applications. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Mandatory Competency: Power BI Expert level with autonomy and a very high proficiency in the development of bespoke queries and interactive visual dashboards in Power BI using data from several C&P business applications, including UNISUP (SAP), MS Excel, ARIBA eSourcing, Agora (contract management application), NIPEX and various MS office applications Support a functional Hotline and ensure the resolution of various problems and issues arising from the appropriation of C&P tools. 
• Create and maintain a list of contact members in the User Departments and ensure this list is updated regularly 
• Suggest and propose regular revision of user manuals, procedures and work instructions pertaining to the use of SC Tools 
• Coordinate and ensure the regular training and support for external Suppliers on the esourcing tool and NIPEX platforms 
• Suggest and propose the delivery of Requests for Assistance (e.g. MTKs) for incidents or challenges requiring CC SAP or other external assistance 
• Test and validate under custody of Performance & Tools Manager new solutions and upgrades of Supply Chain (SC) tools, 
• Participate in all specific actions (e.g. data cleaning) related to SC tools which can have impacts on SC processes. 

SKILLS:

• Mandatory Competency: Power BI expert level (with very high proficiency) 
• Data Audit 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software Package 
• Proficiency in BI Reporting (Power BI)

MAIN FUNCTIONS 

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Construction Manager for all Special Development Projects (SPD) in Nigeria, specifically in Lagos and Jigna in Abuja. This role will involve managing, monitoring, and delivery from inception to practical completion of all SPDs in Nigeria, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to world class quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the construction staff are competent and have the required abilities to fulfill their role. 
• Ensure successful project completion by managing, monitoring, auditing, and guiding the construction and delivery team for all projects inclusive of self-perform projects and/or EPC contractors (including subcontractors), ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with the specifications and to the required quality. 
• Planning, scheduling, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. 
• Managing and leading construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors 
• Brings optimum utilization of resources, labour and materials and ensures their procurement. 
• Develops the objectives/goals of each and assign team member responsibilities 
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards 
• Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that may arise 
• Prepares status reports, including updated cost and planning forecasts 
• Reviewing and approving project budgets, expenditures, and timelines 
• Coordinates with procurement department to ensure the final delivery of equipment/goods to site. 
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success 
• Coordinates the efforts of all parties involved in the project 
• Reviews and evaluates plans, sets performance requirements 
• Performs a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed 
• Ensures project documentation is well maintained and easily accessible 
• Identifies changes in scope to secure appropriate change orders 
• Ensures that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule 
• Monitors the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and holds regular status meetings 
• Providing regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders 
• Implementing quality control measures to meet project requirements 

SKILLS:

• A minimum of 20/25 years of experience in construction management 
• MSc./ B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology Management.
• Experience in mixed-use High-Rise Building Construction Projects.
• Experience in commercial and school construction is also mandatory 
• Proficiency in FIDIC, CAD software including Revit and BIM
• International experience: Must have worked on international construction projects

MAIN FUNCTIONS 

• The Reciprocating Equipment Specialist Engineer will oversee all activities relating to reciprocating machines (gas compressors, diesel/gas engines, generators etc.) for JV Assets. The role requires both technical leadership, including supervisor work at site, and administrative management, ensuring alignment with company referential and industry standards.

The incumbent will interact with:

• Maintenance and Operations teams (onshore & offshore)
• Support Services (Contracts & Procurement, Logistics, ECP, PAR, Finance, etc.)
• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and technical service providers
• External contractors, vendors, and JV partners.

Technical Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance of reciprocating machines across onshore and offshore facilities.
• Perform complete engine teardown and rebuilds on diesel and gas generators
• Diagnose and resolve complex failures, ensuring timely mobilization of OEM field service engineers when required.
• Perform minor, major overhaul, repair and commissioning activities of combustion engine at site without OEM FSR
• Review and approve technical specifications, repair procedures, and modifications.
• Lead and supervise team working on engines either for preventive or corrective operation, providing technical guidance.
• Perform QAQC follow up of equipment refurbished at specialized workshop
• Ensure compliance with international standards and company rules in design, overhaul, and certification of reciprocating equipment.
• Validate spare parts lists, critical stock levels, and obsolescence management.
• Analyze equipment reliability, availability, and performance data, recommending improvements for cost and efficiency optimization.
• Support audits, inspections, and HSE compliance on equipment-related activities.
• Generate root cause analysis and technical service reports on work executed.
• Develop and manage Scopes of Work for contractors.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal management and external partner review.
• Ensure strict compliance with procurement ethics, documentation, and reporting standards.
• Mentor junior engineers, supervisors, and contractors to build technical capacity.
• Ensure proper use of CMMS (UNISUP or equivalent) for planning, execution, and close-out of maintenance activities.

SKILLS:

• Deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective reciprocating equipment operations and maintenance.
• Ensure availability and reliability targets of reciprocating machines are achieved.
• Provide technically sound recommendations to management and partners.
• Ensure contractors respect Company referential standards
• Control and manage communication, in particular in case of high risk and emergency situations
• Actively participate, when required, to the Board of Inquiry and Emergency Management Team
