    Merchandiser (Printers and Gadgets)

    Job Description

    • We are seeking an experienced Merchandiser to join our team, responsible for managing the product range, pricing, and inventory levels of our printer and gadget categories.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the tech industry, excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to inform product range decisions
    • Manage and optimize product inventory levels, minimizing stockouts and overstocking
    • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability
    • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate best-in-class deals and terms
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective product promotion and sales execution
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product releases.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND
    • 3+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in the tech industry (printers and gadgets)
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
    • Strong understanding of retail operations and supply chain management.

    Nice to Have:

    • Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools
    • Knowledge of consumer behavior and market research principles.

    Account Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and reconcile inventory accounts, including tracking inventory levels, costs, and variances
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management
    • Collaborate with the inventory management team to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs
    • Perform other finance-related tasks as required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 2+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on inventory management
    • Strong knowledge of accounting standards and principles
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g. ERP, accounting software)
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
