    Medical Laboratory Scientist

    Job Description  

    • To perform laboratory tests in order to produce reliable and precise data to support scientific investigations
    • To prepare specimens, samples and reagents
    • To operate and ensure regular maintenance of laboratory equipment
    • To participate in equipment validations, calibrations, quality controls and assessment
    • To ensure the laboratory is well-stocked and resourced
    • To promptly and accurately record laboratory results and present to pathologist for approval.
    • To ensure safety of all data records and generated in the laboratory
    • To keep up to date with technical developments, especially those which can save time and improve reliability
    • To ensure and adhere to standard laboratory safety measures and checks.
    • Involved with scientific meetings in the department

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 - 6 years relevant work experience.

    Salary
    N110,000 - N120,000 Monthly.

    Registered Nurse / Registered Midwife

    Job Description

    • Administration of all nursing procedures
    • Implementation of Hospital and Nursing guidelines
    • Maintaining a safe and Healthy environment conducive to patients care
    • Co-ordination of patients care in liaison with other relevant departments.
    • Keeping safe custody of patients' notes and other important records/ documentations and submit reports as required
    • Ensuring safety and proper/economical use of equipment, supplies and premises space.
    • Ensuring "last office" procedures are properly performed.
    • Identifying patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements.

    • Resolving patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
    • Maintaining safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations; calling for assistance from health care support personnel when necessary.
    • Protecting patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.
    • Maintaining continuity among nursing by documenting teams communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    • Providing instant care to patient during medical emergencies.
    • Maintaining patient confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    • Maintaining nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Maintaining a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Front Desk / HMO Officer

    Job Description

    • Receiving, processing and verifying the accuracy of customer’s information and registration, as well as utilizing the organization’s internal CRM.
    • Opening of customer accounts by recording account information.
    • Maintenance and updating of customer records.
    • Resolution of product or service problem by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Initiating the required action for response to customer service request for order changes, including the maintenance of order/customer information registration and communication of the changes to the appropriate personnel/departments.
    • You are expected to ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
    • Receive inquiries from clients and give needed feedback/or contact the necessary authority to help resolve a variety of order-related issues.
    • Will be expected to access the company’s internal system to obtain and extract information and provide customer service management with the data for inclusion in various scheduled and special reports.
    • Participating and providing expertise as a member of the customer service’s departmental team.
    • Attracting of potential customer by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other product and service.
    • Maintenance of financial account by processing customer adjustments. Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
    • Preparation of product or service report by collecting and analysing customer information.
    • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.

    Requirements

    N60,000 - N70,000 monthly.
