    Marketing Lead – Nairabox

    Role Overview

    • As Marketing Lead, you will lead strategy, campaigns, and execution across digital, offline, and partnership channels. You will be responsible for strengthening Nairabox’s brand presence, driving ticket sales, engaging event organizers, and building strong consumer connections.
    • This role requires creativity, data-driven decision-making, and strong leadership to manage campaigns that cut through Nigeria’s vibrant lifestyle and entertainment space.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategy & Leadership

    • Develop and own Nairabox’s marketing strategy across digital, offline, and experiential touchpoints.
    • Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative to differentiate Nairabox in the market.
    • Lead the marketing team, managing day-to-day execution, timelines, and performance.

    Brand & Campaign Management

    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns (digital, influencer, outdoor, PR, and experiential).
    • Drive campaigns around major concerts, cinema, and lifestyle events to maximize ticket sales.
    • Monitor brand consistency across all channels and ensure creative excellence.

    Digital & Growth Marketing

    • Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and programmatic platforms.
    • Drive user acquisition and retention through performance marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, and referral initiatives.

    Digital Marketing Specialist

    Role Summary

    • We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support the execution of Nairabox’s marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving user acquisition, and optimizing engagement through data-driven marketing initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, display, and search platforms.
    • Manage and grow Nairabox’s online presence through creative and consistent content marketing.
    • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, digital trends, and campaign performance to drive insights and improvements.
    • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging visuals, copy, and promotional materials.
    • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, etc.) to meet defined KPIs for reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Track and report performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, etc.) and recommend optimization strategies.
    • Support event marketing initiatives through digital promotions, influencer collaborations, and partnerships.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms and touchpoints.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in entertainment, e-commerce, or tech.
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
    • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, paid ads, email marketing, and social media strategy.
    • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.

    • Manage daily posting, content scheduling, and audience engagement across platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
    • Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to create visually appealing and impactful posts, videos, and stories.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
    • Proven ability to create engaging social media content (visuals, reels, captions, and trends).
    • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and platform tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Passion for entertainment, events, and lifestyle content.
    • Creative thinker with a finger on the pulse of Nigerian digital culture and trends.
