    Marketing Intern

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Employment Type: Internship

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Support the Marketing team to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that will help strengthen our brand and drive sales, ensuring effective and efficient executions.
    • Help activate impactful marketing campaigns from conception through to execution and evaluation.
    • Work with marketing manager to collate & track key data for weekly report; and share data analysis with stakeholders
    • Update social media pages daily (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), work alongside the team to optimise campaigns.
    • Assist in developing and managing contents for website and social media platforms.
    • Support the planning and execution of events
    • Ensure all relevant documentation are kept up-to-date and secure.
    • Prepare weekly activity report as required by the Marketing Manager.

    Experience and Qualification

    • A First Degree in Marketing or any related Social Science discipline.
    • One year corporate or personal experience in a related role.

    Competency and Skills Requirements:

    • Basic knowledge of trends and developments in the Sports Gaming & Hospitality Business.
    • Basic understanding of content creation and marketing tools – Inshot, Canva, Mailchimp
    • Basic photo and video editing skills
    • Good analytical abilities and working knowledge of, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram & Twitter
    • Exceptional Negotiation & Relationship Management Skills
    • Networking & Influencing Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
    • Good Presentation Skills
    • A passion for excellence.

    Salary
    N70,000 Monthly.

    Procurement Intern

    Location: Lekki, Lagos
    Employment Type: Internship

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
    • Maintain record of purchases, pricing, and other important data
    • Keep standardized tracking records of all orders made
    • Sending out vendor registration requirement to vendors and follow up with submission
    • Reviewing invoices and crosschecking to ensure the details correspond with the purchase order and proforma invoice
    • Filing of all invoices, vendor registration documents, delivery notes and every other relevant documents that require filing
    • Attach all printouts of Purchase order from ERP and file documents accordingly
    • Crosscheck all invoices confirming that prices are in order and accurate
    • Attend to other responsibility as assigned by the line manager:
    • Assist with emergency requests from kitchen
    • Assist in receiving orders from vendors ensuring consistency with quality and quantity
    • Assist in entering Data on ERP

    Experience and Qualification

    • Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant discipline.
    • Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience.

    Competency and Skills Requirements:

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong organization and problem-solving attitude.
    • High degree of diligence and commitment.
    • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
    • Experience with office management software like MS Office.

    Salary
    N70,000 Monthly.
