    Marketing Executive

    Location: Lagos Mainland - Yaba, Lagos

    Job Description

    • Marketing Executives develop and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
    • The role of a marketing executive can encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
    • The details of the role will vary depending on the type and size of employer, as well as the industry. Executives are likely to work closely with other employees in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.
    • Depending on the size and type of employer, a marketing executive may or may not be an entry-level or graduate role. Graduates are likely to join a small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) as an executive.
    • At larger organizations, executives may work closely with more junior marketing assistants and marketing coordinators. The majority of marketing-specific graduate schemes will also hire graduates into an executive role.

    Key Responsibilities
    Marketing executives oversee many aspects of a campaign throughout the entire lifespan of a product, service, or idea. As such executives are likely to have a great deal of responsibility early on and will be required to manage their time and duties themselves. These responsibilities can include:

    • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
    • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
    • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies
    • Promotional activities
    • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
    • Writing and proofreading creative copy
    • Maintaining websites and looking at data analytics
    • Organizing events and product exhibitions

    • Monitoring performance
    • Managing campaigns on social media.

    Requirements

    • Ccandidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.

    Accountant

    Location: Lagos Mainland - Yaba, Lagos

    Job Responsibilities

    • In charge of day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
    • Administers payment transfers through the banks.
    • Manages cash advance and reconciles retirement.
    • Prepares bank reconciliation statements for all corporate accounts.
    • Preparing accounts and tax returns
    • Monitoring spending and budgets
    • Auditing and analyzing financial performance
    • Financial forecasting and risk analysis
    • Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits
    • Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports
    • Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
    • Keeping account books and systems up to date.
    • Audits bank statements to ensure consistency and accuracy of bank charges.
    • Raises vouchers for transactions and posts financial data to the applicable accounting system.
    • Ensures that all accounting entries posted into the accounting system are accurate.
    • Prepares reports to show receivables aging and submit to management.
    • Collects and reviews Purchase Order for jobs done by the Company.
    • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
    • Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
    • Guides other staff by coordinating activities and answering finance-related questions.
    • Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
    • Maintains financial security by following applicable accounting controls.
    • Prepares payments by verifying documents submitted, and disburse as required.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local financial requirements enforce adherence to these requirements, and advise management on needed actions.
    • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
    • Other duties are assigned from time to time.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 5 years work experience.

    Head, Marketing

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or M.Sc in Marketing or relevant field
    • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry
    • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
    • Analytical mind.
