    Marketing Associate (Pension)

    Job Summary

    • Our client is currently looking forawell-organized,customer-focused Marketing Associate to help convince prospective customers to purchase the company's products.

    Responsibilities

    • Opening and closing pensions and accounts.
    • Cross-selling financial services and pension products.
    • Resolving customer complaints.
    • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
    • Conducting market research on rival products.
    • Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
    • Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
    • Maintaining client relations.
    • Tracked sales data to ensure the company met sales quotas.
    • Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
    • Assisting customers with their banking needs.
    • Escalating issues to the supervisors, when necessary.
    • Reaching sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis
    • Contacting potential clients in designated areas to promote corporate items
    • Canvassing pension product to potential clients
    • Helping company in convincing customers with pension account opening and other E-Banking products
    • Assisting management in coming up with effective pricing and marketing strategies
    • Demonstrating to buyers the features of a product
    • Setting up appointments to offer company products by contacting leads
    • Filling out order forms and sending them in to be processed
    • Attending trade exhibitions and other activities relating to the sector
    • Putting together sales presentations for prospective clients
    • Completing routine sales reports that include the total amount of sales.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of OND, HND & Bsc from any discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Pension Sales/ Marketing.
    • Cognate financial service & marketing (Pension experience)
    • Relationship management, customer service.
    • Teamwork, time management, self-starter, communication, negotiation.
    • Evidence of achievement of set targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • The capacity for patience as well as for composure and professionalism.

    Online Sales Advisor

    About the Role

    • We’re looking for a proactive Online Sales Advisor to join our team! You’ll be responsible for qualifying online leads, managing CRM (HubSpot), and driving sales for Capital Equipment, Spare Parts, and Maintenance services.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Qualify and convert online leads from platforms like WhatsApp, Social Media, and HMD’s website.
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of dormant, active, new, and existing accounts.
    • Master CRM (HubSpot) to log interactions, update records, and generate reports.
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and background checks with precision.
    • Train new team members on HubSpot and ensure seamless lead generation.
    • Exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

    Who Should Apply

    • 1–2 years of experience in sales, service, or spare parts within the heavy machinery industry.
    • Proficient in English (French is a big plus!).
    • Familiar with CRM software (HubSpot experience is a bonus).
    • Skilled in Google Workspace (Intermediate level).
    • A proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
