    Management Accountant

    Requirements

    • Must have bachelor’s degree in accounting or any finance-related course.
    • Must be a chartered accountant (ICAN, ACCA).
    • Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in accounting specifically in the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven experience as a financial controller.
    • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and procedures and experience with accounting software and data entry.
    • Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with preparing financial statements.
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
    • Knowledgeable in internal control.

    Responsibilities

    • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
    • Prepare timely management accounts.
    • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
    • Provide input into department’s goal setting process.
    • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
    • Assist with tax audits and tax returns.
    • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
    • Tax and Regulatory advice on industry-specific issues and develop bespoke tax compliance calendar and provide reminders on existing and future compliance obligations.
    • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.
    • Liaise with Finance manager and financial controller to improve financial procedures.
    • Any other tasks required of this role and/or given by the Finance manager.

    Instrumentation Engineer

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Automation Engineering / Process Control / Instrumentation or any relevant degree with minimum of 5years experience in the Oil & Gas / E&P industry.
    • Relevant certification in Instrumentation technology.
    • Experience on selected project vendor’s PCS (project control system) and FAT (final acceptance test).
    • Must have worked as Automation/ Instrumentation/Control for an operator and have been involved in both onshore and offshore projects.
    • IT knowledge and expertise in relevant engineering software applications Knowledge of the local environment and operations is an advantage.
    • Excellent problem-solving and math skills.
    • Experience with complex mechanical, pneumatic, and computerized systems.

    Job Responsibilities

    may include but not limited to:

    • Monitor various mechanical systems as they are in operation to ensure efficient and safe use.
    • Maintain strict maintenance schedules for critical systems, logging all repairs and inspections.
    • Provide site support and technical assistance for the entire project life cycle, of detailed design, construction, hook-up, and commissioning of the new facilities, both in the offshore and onshore work environments.
    • Quickly identify non-operative and malfunctioning systems before damage can occur and provide realistic and practical technical solutions to operational engineering challenges.
    • Deep understanding of sensors, Control systems and automation technology.
    • Vessel knowledge in the principles of measurement and control engineering: which includes selection, installation, and maintenance of instruments.
    • Installation, Calibration, Maintenance, Inspection, and repair of devices.
    • Construction and commissioning teams with field questions encountered during installation.
    • Troubleshoot test failures to determine root causes and develop processes to avoid repeat failure.
    • Understands test methods, digital and analogue circuit design computers.
    • Keep up to trend with industry trends and development including compliance with latest safety rules. 
    • Ability to interpret line drawings PEFS and P&ID.

    Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) Engineer

    Requirements

    • B.Sc. Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or its equivalent with minimum of 5years experience in the Oil & Gas / Exploration and Production industry.
    •  IT knowledge and expertise in relevant engineering software applications Knowledge of the local environment and operations is an advantage.
    • Engineering expertise in ICSS and PLC systems covering engineering, projects execution and maintenance roles, with more emphasis on ICSS expertise. 

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide technical support and acts as the focal point for Integrated Control and Safety Systems (ICSS)/Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) matters.
    • Responsible for control and safety system implementation such as design, configuration, factory acceptance, testing in full compliance with recognized industry standards, safely standards and various clients’ specifications.
    • Responsible for the development of systems documentation such as Functional design specification, I/O list, and related design drawings.
    • Provide expert technical reports to the Head of Instrumentation/ICSS, Head of Site Maintenance and other departments.
    • Review and control the standardization of materials and spare parts as well as stock quantities, usage and consumption for routine, preventive, corrective defect and shutdown maintenance.
    • Participate in the preparation of budgets, contracts, shutdowns, modifications, warranty claims, vendor mobilization, etc. for the efficient running of the section.
    • Review and re-organize existing maintenance programs to ensure adequate adaptation to applicable reliability requirements.
    • Prepare relevant and appropriate maintenance interventions relating to applicable ICSS systems, PLC systems and other integrated automation packages.
    • Liaise with vendors and the original equipment manufacturers for all queries regarding maintenance, drawings, modifications, resolution of technical problems, etc.
    • Ensure that all drawings, plans, manual and Maintenance Equipment Logbook (MELB) are up-to-date and “as built”.
    • Participate in Site Modification Requests (SMR) and projects realized by Engineering, Construction & Projects dept. to ensure changes are in conformity to Company general standards and specific requirements of each plant.
    • Ability to generate Service Sales prospects from site services.
