Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional makeup application and beauty consultations to customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and promote Montaigne’s luxury beauty brands.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND or equivalent qualification.
- 2–3 years’ experience as a Makeup Artist, preferably in a retail or luxury beauty environment.
- Certification in Makeup Artistry or Cosmetology is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
Other Details:
- Work Days: Monday – Sunday (with alternate weekend shift).

Job Objective
- To provide effective support in the daily management, documentation, and control of inventory within the warehouse and outlets.
- The Inventory Assistant ensures that all stock items are accurately recorded, properly stored, and readily available to meet operational and retail needs in line with Montaigne Limited’s standards.
Key Responsibilities
Stock Management & Documentation:
- Assist in receiving, counting, and verifying all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Record and update stock movement in registers or electronic systems accurately.
- Label and arrange products properly in the warehouse according to category and brand.
- Support periodic stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly).
- Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items immediately to the Inventory Officer.
Stock Distribution & Replenishment:
- Support in preparing products for dispatch to outlets based on approved requisitions.
- Ensure items are picked, packed, and documented correctly before delivery.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate stock movement.
Record-Keeping & System Updates:
- Maintain up-to-date and organized inventory records, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments.
- Assist in inputting data into the company’s inventory management system (manual or electronic).
- Ensure proper documentation for all product inflows and outflows.
Warehouse Maintenance & Compliance:
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized at all times.
- Follow all company policies on product handling, safety, and security.
- Support compliance with internal audit, stock control, and quality standards.
Team & Administrative Support:
- Work closely with the Inventory Officer, Storekeeper, and Logistics team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Requirements
- Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Accounting, Statistics, or any related discipline.
- 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations (entry-level).
- Basic knowledge of stock management principles and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or basic data entry tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift or move items as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Other Requirements:
- Gender: Male (required for this role due to lifting and physical warehouse tasks).
- Location: Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity (e.g., Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or environs).
- Age Range: 20–30 years (preferred).

- To design, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and increase sales performance across all online platforms.
- The Digital Marketing Strategist will play a key role in strengthening Montaigne Limited’s positioning as the leading luxury beauty and lifestyle brand in Nigeria, through data-driven marketing and premium digital storytelling.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with Montaigne’s business goals, product launches, and luxury brand image.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships).
- Create annual and quarterly digital marketing calendars in collaboration with brand, retail, and e-commerce teams.
Content & Brand Management:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, visually appealing digital content that reflects the luxury tone of Montaigne brands.
- Ensure all communication materials maintain brand consistency, tone, and aesthetic in line with luxury standards.
- Collaborate with creative teams and external agencies to produce digital visuals, video ads, and promotional campaigns.
Social Media & Online Engagement:
- Manage Montaigne’s social media presence across all key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Grow and engage a loyal online community through storytelling, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor trends and competitor activities to continuously improve engagement and brand perception.
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Plan and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer performance marketing).
- Track KPIs including ROI, reach, impressions, engagement rate, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly digital performance reports with insights and recommendations.
E-Commerce & CRM Support:
- Work closely with the E-commerce and Retail teams to drive online traffic, conversions, and repeat purchases.
- Leverage CRM data to design personalized email campaigns and digital loyalty programs.
- Ensure seamless digital customer experience across web and social touchpoints.
Partnerships & Innovation:
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, content creators, and luxury lifestyle partners.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies to ensure Montaigne’s continued digital leadership in the luxury retail space.
- Recommend innovative campaigns to elevate brand desirability and online visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in website traffic and online sales conversion rate.
- Increase in brand engagement and social media followers.
- Return on investment (ROI) from digital ad spend.
- Lead generation and customer acquisition from digital channels.

Minimum Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, CIM, or equivalent) is required.
- MBA or advanced diploma in Digital Strategy or Brand Management (an added advantage).
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, or premium lifestyle brands.
- Demonstrated success managing digital campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience in digital advertising, SEO, SEM, social media management, and analytics.
