Role Description

The role also entails collaborating with team members, adhering to safety standards, and providing professional customer service during service visits.

Qualifications

• Competency in Plumbing and Troubleshooting to identify and address system faults efficiently.
• Experience in routine Preventive Maintenance to ensure system functionality and longevity.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to manage client interactions professionally and ensure satisfaction.
• Ability to work on-site and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic environment.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in HVAC systems and maintenance are highly desired.
