    LPG Cashier / Account Assistant

    Job Description

    • The LPG Account Assistant is responsible for efficiently and accurately processing customer transactions, managing cash registers, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves handling payments, issuing receipts, and maintaining financial records while ensuring compliance with safety and accounting standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle cash, credit, POS, direct transfer transactions with customers
    • Responsible for issuing cash receipts to customers.
    • Records sales on register and spreadsheet.
    • Reconcile stock opening and closing balance with sales attendants
    • Deposit cash sales to bank
    • Reconcile sales to cash banked
    • Send daily report of sales and cash.
    • Post daily sales transaction to the company’s ERP.

    Qualifications

    • A minimum Secondary School Certificate
    • Relevant experience in similar role

    Experience

    • At least 6 months’ experience in a similar role.

    Job Summary

    • Tusen Consulting Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant to manage traditional and digital financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in standard accounting practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    General Accounting & Financial Reporting

    • We are looking for an accountant with STRONG FINANCIAL REPORTING SKILLS and a proven ability to prepare accurate and timely financial statements
    • Manage day-to-day accounting operations
    • Ensure compliance with FIRS/GAAP standards

    Compliance & Audits

    • Assist in regulatory reporting and financial audits
    • Maintain documentation for internal and external audit readiness

    Accounts Payable / Receivable

    • Oversee clients' payments and receivables
    • Manage employee reimbursements and operational expenses

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ICAN Certified)
    • 3-5 years of accounting experience.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software
    • Knowledge of financial reporting standards and internal controls

    Cashier (Alagbado)

    Job duties:

    • Processing sales transactions and taking payments
    • Calculating the cost of products or services
    • Calculating and returning change for cash transactions
    • Maintaining adequate change denominations and requesting additional change
    • Answering customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs
    • Reconciling cash drawers and sales receipts
    • Reporting issues with equipment
    • Working with the team to meet store sales goals
    • Responding to and resolving customer complaints and concerns
    • Processing layaways, returns and exchanges
    • Assisting in stocking and rotating merchandise
