Job Description

• Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Making special shipping arrangements as necessary
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Managing distribution and shipment budgets
• Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
• Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized

Key Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in a production environment preferably in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in any other related field
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Knowledge of logistics systems
• Understanding of transportation limitations and regulations
• Knowledge of logistics subset (e.g. People working in ground transportation need to have understanding of trucking and rail shipments)
• Works well with deadlines

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.

Job Description

• To develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed
• Utilize systems and coordinates customer service requirements as appropriate
• Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure
• Provide sales content for proposals and other marketing materials to prospective clients
• To maintain effective relationships with existing clients in order to retain business
• Present the company to potential clients through face-to-face meetings, cold calls and emails

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc. in any discipline
• 2 years sales experience is required
• FMCG industry experience is an added advantage

Salary
N50,000 - N125,000 monthly.
