Responsibilities:

• Review and assess loan applications for individuals and small businesses.
• Conduct credit checks and risk analysis.
• Perform field visits and client assessments.
• Monitor loan performance and identify risk exposures.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Banking, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in microfinance or credit risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and loan management tools.

We are seeking a Sales Executive that will be responsible for identifying and selling services to the target market thereby increasing brand awareness and sales in relation to Dialysis and renal treatment across our centres in Benin and environs.

Responsibilities:

• Create awareness of the Rencare and Oncoclinics’ brand.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy for a wider sales and marketing programme.
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, and ensure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
• Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships.
• Source marketing and sales opportunities and place adds in the press or on the radio.
• Attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
• Source and secure sponsorship (Where applicable).
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials.
• Maintain and update patients’ databases.
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Track marketing performance and prepare weekly or monthly reports for management.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity.
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
• Organise outreaches and campaigns

Qualification:

• Bachelor\'s degree / H.N.D in Healthcare Management, Sales & Marketing or related discipline.
• Professional certification from any relevant professional body is an added advantage.
• Two -Three years experience within the healthcare industry.
