Provide legal and risk assessments on transactions and opportunities being evaluated by the company
Managing and ensure resolution of legal issues that may arise in the company’s existing relationships with other parties and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries
Assist the Business Development Teams in ascertaining and establishing the rights and titles to lands, earmarked for development
Evaluate and report quarterly on the company’s legal risk & insurance ratings and status
In conjunction with the Human Capital and the Finance Teams ensure compliance with applicable regulations covering taxation, accounting, insurance, pensions, labor and employee relations
Conducting legal research, fact-gathering and analysis on complex matters as may be assigned by the CEO
Monitor and provide feedback to management on legislative, regulatory and judicial developments and trends that may impact the company
Managing all PEST Exposure and ensuring quarterly audits to ensure full mitigations
Manage all insurance protocols and ensure full statutorily required policy coverage
Participate in and coordinate corporate tendering processes to ensure legal adequacy protection
In conjunction with the Finance teams ensure appropriate documentation for all clients to avoid revenue leakages
Manage and oversee all Client documentation inclusive of resolving any related disputes
Serve as primary Ombudsman contact for Client engagements.
Requirements
Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees with 8+ years relevant work experience.
Serve as the primary aide of the CEO helping to ensure complete implementation of the company’s strategies and achievement of short and long-term goals and objectives.
Manage all personal & confidential matters related to the CEO
Assist the CEO to deliver good governance, leadership and efficient operational oversight to all staff in the organization, providing clarity on obscure issues, consistently auditing the system to enhance the processes and ensuring staff productivity and performance aligns with organizational deliverables.
Coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring continuous improvement in organizational culture and practices with particular emphasis on ensuring accountability from all staff.
Coordinate all Shared Services activities inclusive of moderating interface of human capital, corporate communications, digital services, and administrative services functions.
Coordinate efficient reporting and planning required to make all business divisions receive the support required to ensure attainment of set objectives.
Prepare correspondences & review all incoming letters requiring the CEO’ attention.
Assist in tracking business development and marketing initiatives.
Ensure the Shared Services teams coordinate day-to-day office administration inclusive of supervising janitorial services & use of the company guest house efficiently.
Prepare business briefing reports, presentations & coordinate research tasks as mandated by the CEO
Manage & ensure reporting compliance with corporate performance matrix.
Requirements
