Legal Manager (Middle - Senior Level) at Workforce SGroup

Our client is a leading provider of advisory services in the financial services industry. We are seeking to hire a Legal Manager at a middle to senior level. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and advising on corporate legal, corporate finance, and other legal documentation.

Other Duties/Responsibilities includes:

• Proactively identifying legal risk & potential legal risks in the organization’s transactions and operations,
• Ensuring training on legal risk management for the wider business.
• Providing advice to the Board/Management across range of business interests, regulatory responsibilities, risks and obligations.
• Drafting, negotiating and executing contract agreements
• Reviews contracts and other legal documents
• Researches legal issues and recommends revisions as necessary
• Handles company secretariat functions
• Provides legal support to all the business units of the Company – investment banking, Governance, etc.
• Responsible for legal and regulatory compliance issues of the Company
• Performs miscellaneous job- related duties as assigned.

Educational Qualification/Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree
• LLM
• Good communication skills
• Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior.
