Job Objective(s)

• To ensure that the Company's interest is protected in all legal issues.
• To prepare/review all legal documents between the Company and clients, customers, vendors, partners, etc
• To work with external solicitors to ensure promt and satisfactory delivery on matters outsourced to external solicitors.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Draft and/or review all contracts involving the Company to ensure that the terms are acceptable and favourable to the Company.
• Ensure that proper custody is kept of all business instruments and executed contracts involving the Company.
• Relating with and assisting external solicitors in handling matters for the company
• Relating with the regulatory authorities and filing returns where necessary
• Ensuring legal and other regulatory compliance
• Legal advisory services

Basic Qualifications

• Education University: Degree(s) in Law. At least a 2.1 in a Degree in Law and Nigerian Law School
• Others: Completion of professional training by the Nigerian Law School and call to Bar.
• Experience: Understanding of basic legal principles; good knowledge of Law of Contract, Company Law Practice; Legal Drafting, etc.

Job Objective(s)

• To ensure right infrastructure for Card Personalization and Fulfillment Operations for the service level of the customer and the service level agreements thereupon.
• To implement and provision of technical support for card’s projects and fulfillment solution for bank
• To operate Matica S7000 personalization and fulfillment machine for quality output.
• To ensure operational process and control in perso.
• To generate production reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Machine Operator: Matica S7000 Personalization and fulfillment machine.
• Template Design product Unit Interface Setup and configuration.
• Efficiently run card production procedures and processes in achieving optimal output
• Reporting: Generate production and performance report
• Validate and maintain timely MPK usage to avoid customer dissatisfaction due to wrong keys.
• Preparation of invoices for payment of vendors for services rendered in line with agreed contract terms
• Implementation and support for Contactless / NFC project.
• Sorting and packaging of personalized/fulfilled cards in line with bank requirement.

Key Performance Indicators

• To ensure 99% availability of Machine (Embossers and fulfillment)
• Support for Personalization of New Chip Types (Support for each Chip Type to be supported within 30 days of initiation).
• Documentation of new services and processes
• Uninterrupted Processing Capacity - 99% System availability

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification
• Professional Qualifications – added advantage
• Must have 0 - 1 year experience

Knowledge:

• Card industry knowledge – added advantage

Skill/Competencies:

• Computer skills (Microsoft Access, Word, Excel and PowerPoint - mandatory)
• Good interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a First Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or Applied Sciences with 10-15 years experience.
• Certification in RDMS Database, Project Management & Business Analysis would be an added advantage
• Understanding of the key technical concepts in I.T & Electronic Payments.
• Candidate should possess ability to relate with clients to achieve business goals.

Job objective(s)

• To manage and handle complaints received from all frontend channels
• To ensure all complaints are handled within the agreed SLA of 24hrs timeline and according to relevant Guidelines and through proper root cause analysis and execution of preventive measures to eliminate recurrence of problem incidence.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 support to frontend call center agents
• Providing timely resolution to complaints and customer satisfaction through policies and procedures with the aim of providing prompt and quality end to end resolution.
• Attend to complaints received from all frontend channels both for B2C and B2B ensuring all complaints are handled within the benchmark timeline and according to relevant Guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and Identify root causes, complaint trends and driving quality improvement opportunities
• Regular feedback to the frontend agents for onward communication with the
• Identify drivers of customers’ dissatisfaction through analysis and scoping of root causes and developing & implementing appropriate quality process solutions to address customer issues.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical / Electronics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Admin Etc.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in complaint resolution and service recovery role
• Strong service and problem-resolution skills in any or a combination of the following specialist areas
