    Legal/ Compliance Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Monitors all operational processes and procedures using a compliance management platform to ensure that the company complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards.
    • Manages information flow by researching, recording and analysing data and information. With a regular flow of information and conducting compliance risk assessment, they ensure that the business runs smoothly.
    • Serve as contact person and liaison between department heads and senior management.
    • Conducts regular assessments to determine whether policies are compliant with the law.
    • Responsible for regulatory filings and compliance
    • Responsible for update and production of company policies and menus.
    • Drafting and preparation of agreements
    • Assist with review and vetting of correspondence and documents
    • Draft informative articles on Admoni.
    • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a legal Practitioner. 
    • Trains and educates staff so that they are informed of any legal changes and updates to compliance guidelines.
    • Must be tech savvy.

    Business Development Executive

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies
    • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
    • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
    • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
    • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences
    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
    • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goalsand researching opportunities that come in new6r
    • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
    • Collaborating and working closely to the marketing team.
    • Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and exisiting markets.
    • Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential clients.
    • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
    • Persuasive and goal-oriented
    • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with top Level Executives
    • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
    • Demonstrated and proven sales results
    • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
