    Customer Service Officer


    • Provide customers with company’s product information.
    • Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
    • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
    • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Escalating complex requests through appropriate channels
    • Following up with customers to ensure resolution
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

    Requirements and Experience

    • Minimum of a B.Sc in any Social Sciences or related discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Customer Service officer
    • Professional Certification is an added advantage.

    Operations Manager

    About the Role

    • The Role of the Operations Manager is to plan, direct and coordinate the company's operations function.
    • The individual will be responsible for improving performance, productivity, efficiency and cost effectiveness through the implementation of effective methods and strategies across all fronts in the business as a whole.


    • Lead all operational elements of Winco Foam Industries Limited, Lagos:
    • Learn how Winco Foam Lagos operations work, optimize and manage every aspect of our operations function.
    • Monitor and analyse the current system of production, check if its effective and work out a strategy for improvement if necessary.
    • Responsible for the delivery of overall operational targets.
    • Plan, schedule and review workload and manpower to ensure targets are being met.
    • Liaisewith other team members including interacting with managers of different areas of the organization.
    • Manage inventory and supply chain of products.
    • Communicate with all relevant employees to ensure delivery times are met
    • Ensures the production team has enough time to manufacture and deliver products based on the client's request
    • Create a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines
    • Create and maintain detailed manuals that document all relevant parts of the Winco foam operating model.
    • Demonstrate achievement of results e.g. business improvements, cost savings, revenue generation.
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
    • Drive Business Continuity initiatives

    Requirements and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering is required or other related discipline. (MBA and professional certification is an added advantage)
    • At least 5 years of post-graduate, full-time work experience
    • Experience managing operations, including detailed budgeting and reporting, in a manufacturing environment
    • Conversant with templates for capturing operations downtime effectiveness.
    • Experience managing and coordinating teams to deliver on a tight schedule.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Good Oral & Written communication
    • Team building and leadership skills.

    Store Keeper


    • Inventory and accounting policies' compliance - ensuring inventory and accounting policies are effectively adhered to.
    • Receive all finished products from factory into the warehouse both physically and on the inventory database by entering verified received quantities into the inventory database system.
    • Confirm physical quantities by counting and inspecting all the finished goods received.
    • Ensure that Goods Receipt postings are accurately carried out on the inventory system, within 24 hours of physical goods receipt, based on actual verified quantities received.
    • Adequate storage of all goods to prevent any form of damage.
    • Ensure the warehouse and all storage locations are properly arranged, neat and tidy.
    • Ensure that all goods issue postings are accurately done on the inventory database system within the same day of physical goods issue.
    • Perform regular cycle counts and monthly total stock count of inventory within warehouse.
    • Coordinate the handling of freight and the movement of products.

    Requirements and Experience

    • B.Sc with good warehousing knowledge, must be versatile in stock taking, stocking in and stocking out of goods.
    • Minimum of 3-5years experience as a store keeper
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Multitasking and organizational skills
    • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
