    Assistant Sales Manager (ISP)

    Job Summary

    • Supervise and boost the sales of Sales persons / Connectivity Consultants
    • Assist the Sales Manager in leading the team towards target achievement
    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential customers.

    Duties

    • Position reporting to the Sales Manager
    • Supervise sales of the team reference the sales acquisition process and tools (via PIF and reports)
    • Supervise and advise on the solution proposed to prospects following the PIF (Prospect Information Form)
    • Assist to Lead, supervise, motivate and closely monitor team
    • Prepare and execute sales plan to increase sales, with attention to details and follow through
    • Reports to the sales manager on activities of the teams / achievements periodically
    • Maintain required record-keeping and reporting of sales and services activities
    • Demonstrate customer-driven attitude through excellent knowledge of products, services, rates and represent the product and company in a professional manner
    • Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling), maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s services and keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
    • Ensure all schemes and procedures launched by the company are pushed to the maximum with full compliance by team members
    • Also ensure the team members are in their best optimal level in terms of sales, administrative responsibilities, processes and physical outlook
    • Other duties assigned as assigned by the Sales Manager / HOD.

    Personal Responsibilities

    • Report directly to the Sales Manager
    • Responsible for all the operational task of the sales department
    • To be punctual to the daily schedule and ensure same of team members
    • To be part of the team during weekends and public holidays when needed
    • To attend customers enquiries with professionalism and empathy
    • Responsible for achieving any assignment given by the Sales Manager/HOD
    • Keeping up to date with departmental and company notification via Emails, Notice board and other mediums.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc./ HND
    • Minimum of 5 years of cognate experience as an Assistant Sales Manager in an ISP firm.

    NMC Engineer

    Job Description

    • Perform network surveillance 24/7, respond to network‐reported and customer‐reported problems and manage problem resolution using network monitoring / management tools. Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
    • Escalate problems to third level support (Problem management team) where these cannot be resolved within the Network Operations Centre (NOC)
    • Perform general “system administration” tasks on all elements of the network
    • Perform documented network configuration procedures
    • Pro‐actively monitor network and system performance. Analyze traffic data and trends and escalate areas of concern to officer on duty
    • Through pro‐active and systematic review, discover problem areas which could negatively impact system performance or customer satisfaction
    • Provide scheduled and on‐demand traffic analysis reports
    • Maintains inventory of equipment acquisitions, installations, designs, and modifications
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on diesel delivery/consumption and Monitor generator capacity and mileage
    • Monitors the Network Monitoring System and responds to and addresses system generated alerts as needed
    • Monitors and ensures the stability of the network infrastructure hosting Network Monitoring System
    • Facilities maintenance (monitoring and management of air-conditioning, UPS, generators, power usage, running health and safety and housekeeping checks at POPs)
    • Optimizes network performance and clients service delivery meeting.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering or other related Course.
    • 2+ years experience as network engineer preferable in an ISP/Telco environment.
    • Self‐motivated and capable of working in a cross‐functional team.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills, good telephone manner.
    • Practical, accurate and precise.
    • Good knowledge of enterprise‐class IP infrastructure (routers/switches/firewalls).
    • Experience of network management.
    • Good knowledge of networking equipment administration.
    • Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification.
    • Confident in MS office applications (particularly Excel).
    • Able to work on a 24/7 shift Rotation and available for weekend / public holiday.
    • Ability to efficiently and effectively perform the technical requirements.
    • Solid troubleshooting, problem solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency.

You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

    Responsibilities

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Business Administration or a related field; certification in sales or marketing will bean asset
    • Minimum of 5 years cognate experience as an an Enterprise Sales Executive in an ISP firm and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Proven working experience as a project administratorin the information technology sector.

    Skills:

    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
    • Excellent verbal and communication skills with proficiency in English Language
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
    • A team player with high level of dedication.
