    Front Desk Officer

    Our client, a co-educational institution dedicated to providing a safe, happy, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months to 11 years, is seeking to hire a Front Desk Officer.

    Salary :70,000

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and students.
    • Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries.
    • Maintain the front desk area and ensure it is organized.
    • Assist with student enrollment and record-keeping.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
    • Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying).
    • Coordinate communication between parents and teachers.
    • Support school events and activities as needed.
    • Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of an OND in any relevant field.
    • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage.
