    Admin Manager

    Duties       

    • Maintain communication with manager.
    • Provide guidance, support and feedback to sales team.
    • Ensure all staff members operate according to company policies and procedures.
    • Evaluate and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
    • Identify staff development and training needs and liaise with the HR manager to that ensures training is executed.
    • Maintain records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.
    • Maintain office supplies.
    • Provide or oversee centralized operations and procedures of services.
    • Manage the organization’s office and storage space.

    Requirements

    • B.sc in Business Admin or any relevant field.
    • At least 3 years working experience.

    Job Description

    • Develop and execute strategic business development, marketing, customer acquisition, and sales plans to expand our market share, customer base, sales targets, and brand visibility/influence. 

    Requirements. 

    • 1-3 years’ experience.

    Sales Representative - 2 positions

    Job Responsibilities and Duties

    • Be knowledgeable about the product
    • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
    • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
    • Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems
    • Answer questions about the products
    • Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
    • Cross-sell products
    • Ensure racks are fully stocked
    • Manage returns of merchandise
    • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
    • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
    • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
    • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
    • Understanding of the retail sales process
    • Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
    • Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
    • Basic math skills
    • Track record of achieving sales quotas
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships.

    Store Sales Representative - 2 positions

    Job Responsibilities and duties

    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends

    Requirement

    • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.

    • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
