    Senior Sales Manager (PHC Area)

    Job Description

    • Responsible for the Topline business of his Territory & Oil & Gas Segment
    • Contribute to finetune the overall business ecosystem of Port Harcourt and Rivers State
    • Focus on Oil & Gas but extend to Power & Grid and other significant market Segments in coordination with Marketing & back office organizations
    • Platform the players by identifying consultants, end-user (SA, MCTA, CTA, others…), OEM and panel builders
    • Set-up Account plan on our Top 5 end-users with appropriate value proposition and be accountable for our 3 business models with priority on Systems & Services
    • Leverage our Segment value proposition and develop the EcoStruxure mindset in our customer

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng in Electrical Engineering Discipline
    • At least 5 years of relavant experience
    • 5 to 10 years of work experience as Sales Manager, dealing with local & international customers in the Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Your commercial experience has allowed you to demonstrate deep sales experience and entrepreneurship, strong track record of capability to grow business, strong knowledge of the O&G industry .
    • You also show deep understanding of account management, customers, sales channels & third parties and broad experience in applying financial strategies with the client
    • Your leadership skills provide you ability to animate networks, to lead non hierarchical or remote team. You have proven strategic thinking and ability to unite people around a vision, in complex matrix organizations and multicultural environment.
    • Strong initiative, self-starter and highly organized you also show great Communication and Interpersonal skills.

    Product Manager - Home and Distribution

    Principal Accountabilities
    This role is responsible for:

    • Being the point person for the Home and Distribution Business Unit for Anglophone West Africa
    • Adapting global Home and Distribution Business unit objectives and initiatives to the local market
    • Developing Go-to-Market strategies for the Home and Distribution portfolio across Anglophone West Africa
    • Supporting and coordinating with Partner Sales team for execution of Go-to-Market strategies
    • Working closely with the Partner Sales team to achieve top-line financial targets
    • Periodic competitive, market, stakeholder, and business segment analysis and insight
    • Developing Pricing, positioning, promotion and placement plans of Schneider Home and Distribution offers in the Anglophone West Africa Market
    • Managing and growing the overall profitability of the Home and Distribution portfolio through effective price and discount management
    • Take part in Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP²) process
    • Leading the launch process for new Home and Distribution offers for the Anglophone West Africa Market based on market requirement, opportunities or offer gaps
    • Managing the offer knowledge of the Partner Sales team and Schneider Partners through training
    • Championing Home and Distribution initiatives to improve stakeholder engagement and channel development
    • Working with the Partner Sales team and Marketing Communication team to develop external communication plans, schedules and campaigns to target key Home and Distribution stakeholders

    Qualifications
    Role Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
    • Master’s degree will be an added advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years related working experience
    • Understanding of Marketing and Strategy principles
    • Product Management/ Marketing experience in an OEM
    • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to a technical and non-technical audience
    • Prior experience as a project or product owner
    • Knowledge of Schneider Electric Home and Distribution offers

    Project Support Officer

    Job Description
    The successful candidates will be responsible for the following:

    • Risk, Issue, Assumption, Dependency Tracking. - A (RAID) log for the Project will be created. The PSO will update and publish this at the required frequency as required by the Project based upon the information provided by the Risk/Issue owner.
    • Action Tracking. - Each Project Progress Meeting will be minuted, with actions recorded against an owner, with a target resolution date. These actions will be tracked by the PSO and in the event of actions not being completed by the target date will be escalated to the PM.
    • Document Management and Distribution - The PSO will establish a document management & control procedure to which all staff working on the Project will be required to adhere. The PSO will set up the document register and create the schedule for the release of documents based upon the project plan..
    • Configuration Management and Version Control – The PSO will provide a configuration management and version control facility for the key document deliverables as described in the section above.
    • Change Management and Variation Orders - The PSO will manage the Change Request process, tracking the status of the Change Requests and advising the impact assessors of their deadlines.
    • Maintains and Monitors Progress Against the Plan and Tracks Dependencies- The PSO will create the initial project plan with the assistance of the PM and key engineering staff.
    • Prepares the Materials for Reporting. -The PSO will produce the Internal Progress Meeting minutes and prepare any reports/information that requires submitting to the Client require travel and being away from home overnight on occasions.
    • Tracks Project Finances - The PSO will track the actual project costs (including materials, expenses, SCL staff costs, contractor costs etc) against those budgeted on a monthly basis through the use of the PF16 and the predicted costs to complete.
    • The PSO will be responsible for the raising of Invoices/Payment Requests etc when applicable and submission ofthese to the Accounts department.
    • Team Administration – Expenses, Timesheets, Travel Bookings. - The PSO will record actual expenses incurred for each team member
    • SCL Quality Procedures. - The PSO will work alongside the Project Manager to ensure that all aspects of the Quality Procedures for the Projects Department are followed on each particular Project and that any supporting paperwork and reports are available for scrutiny
    • Client Liaison. - The PSO may be required to attend meetings, take minutes and report into meetings at Client premises.

    Role Requirements

    • A four-year Engineering Degree -or- equivalent experience within the industry
    • At least 4 years of relevant experience
    • Strong communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills
    • Time management skills: multi-tasking, planning, prioritizing and organizing projects
    • Familiarity using standard business application software such as the Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to efficiently manage Standard Project types.
    • Technical aptitude for managing Standard Projects.
