    Quality Assurance Specialist

    Job role

    We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced quality control specialist to join our dynamic team. As a quality assurance specialist for our fintech company, your role would be pivotal in ensuring that all products, services, and processes meet the required standard of quality and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, collect, process, and analyse of data, according to the established protocol, procedures & standards as appropriate to specific objectives of the product.
    • Ensures that all best practices, standard routines and compliances are adhered to by close monitoring of requirements and advising on the corrective action to be taken in case of deviations.  
    • Review and report non-conformities including product standard deviation, product recalls and customer complaints.
    • Develop and implement quality control standards
    • Continually assess, refine quality control processes and maintain accurate records and provide regular reports
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of company’s products, applications, and software systems to identify defects, bugs, and vulnerabilities.
    • Perform risk assessments to identify potential risks to the company's systems, data, and operations, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
    • Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure that the company's products and processes comply with relevant laws and regulations in the financial industry.
    • Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes, test results, and compliance efforts. Generate reports for management and regulatory authorities as required.
    • Continuously assess and improve quality control processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, compliance officers, and legal counsel to ensure alignment on quality control standards and objectives.
    • Analyze customer feedback and complaints related to product quality and usability, and work with relevant teams to address issues and implement improvements.
    • Ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect sensitive financial data and prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Quality Control or related field
    • Minimum 4-6 years' experience in quality control leadership
    • Expert knowledge of quality control standards and processes
    • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills
    • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Loan Processing Intern

    Job role

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Intern to join our team. This internship opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in loan processing and administration within the financial services industry. You will work closely with our loan processing team and to support the end-to-end loan application process.

    Responsibility:
