As a Senior System Infrastructure Engineer at Princeps Credit Systems Limited, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure to support our business operations effectively. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.

Requirements:

• Design and implement scalable and secure infrastructure solutions to support our financial operations.
• Manage server environments, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Oversee network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Implement and maintain virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Monitor system performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal performance.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to safeguard financial data.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security best practices.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals and objectives.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in financial system infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in system infrastructure engineering roles.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex infrastructure solutions.
• Experience managing server environments and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Solid understanding of security best practices and measures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, VCP) are a plus.
