    Survey Manager

    Job Summary

    The Survey Manager  is responsible for overseeing and coordinating land surveying and GIS projects from planning through execution. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in land surveying and geospatial projects, combined with strong leadership abilities and a high level of technological proficiency. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards while leading field and office teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and supervise survey teams in the execution of land surveying and GIS projects.
    • Plan, coordinate, and manage field survey operations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
    • Review and validate survey data, drawings, and reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Utilize modern surveying equipment and geospatial technologies (e.g., GPS, Total Stations, drones, GIS software).
    • Oversee data processing, mapping, and spatial analysis using GIS tools.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
    • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior surveyors and GIS staff.
    • Liaise with clients, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
    • Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and presentations.
    • Monitor project budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree Surveying, Geomatics, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in land surveying and GIS projects.
    • Proven experience in supervising or leading survey teams.
    • Proficiency in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and survey data processing tools.
    • Strong knowledge of modern surveying equipment and technologies.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • High level of technological savviness and adaptability to new tools and systems.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Finance Officer

    Reports To: Finance Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer with 3–4 years of relevant experience to support financial operations and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing reconciliations, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Raise requests for verification-related payments for approval and post related transactions.
    • Process verification-related payments in a timely manner
    • Handle banking transactions for operational activities
    • Prepare and file VAT, WHT, and other statutory returns accurately and within deadlines
    • Maintain and update the fixed assets register on a monthly basis, applying appropriate depreciation rates.
    • Prepare bank reconciliation statements and investigate discrepancies.
    • Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve variances
    • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • 3 - 4 years’ relevant work experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
    • Good knowledge of financial reporting and statutory compliance (VAT, WHT, etc.).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
