    Sales Manager

    People Capacity Management is recruiting to fill the following role with our client, a fast-growing group of companies

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Managing and directing sales efforts to meet sales and profit goals.
    • Designing and recommending sales programs and set short and long-term sales strategies.
    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence.
    • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
    • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
    • Work independently and take the lead, even when all of the pieces are not in place.

    Requirements

    • BS degree in business administration or a related field
    • 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Highly professional and customer‐service oriented
    • Have a great fashion aesthetic and be all over what’s happening in the industry.

    Procurement Manager (Luxury Fashion Company)

    People Capacity Management is recruiting to fill the following role with our client, a fast-growing group of companies

     

    Job Responsibilities

    • Activate and lead sourcing strategies and processes
    • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and internal stakeholders
    • Proactively engage Business Partners to highlight potential use of diverse suppliers, identify savings opportunities, understand the requirements of the business, and support decision-making
    • Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for the company
    • Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing products and maintaining stock levels
    • Develop procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
    • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
    • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.
    • Work independently and take the lead, even when all of the pieces are not in place.
    • Oversee and manage the systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods
    • Prepare procurement reports.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
    • Proven experience managing supply chain operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
    • Experience with e-Sourcing tools is a plus
    • Have a great fashion aesthetic and be all over what’s happening in the industry.
    • Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
    • Comfortable in challenging, performance-driven environment
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
    • Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
    • Highly competent in planning effectively, managing deadlines, and balancing multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously, with flexibility to reprioritize as needed
    • Be a multi-task master – make quick decisions under tight timelines.

    People Capacity Management is recruiting to fill the following role with our client, a fast-growing group of companies

    Job Responsibilities

    • Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
    • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for increased productivity and growth
    • Design daily operational programs that produce organizational objectives
    •  Manage employee activities, providing suitable resources
    • Establish and grow relationships with appropriate partners
    •  Establish cost parameters and manage the overall P&L of this company / division
    • Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
    • Supervise employee performance toward improved efficiency with internal processes
    • Provide appropriate data analytics of sales and distributors etc. to appropriate management teams
    • Work with management team and assistant managers to develop long-term strategic initiatives
    • Create and maintain rolling 3-month sales forecast and targeting sales attainment plans
    • Participate in competitive analysis and pricing strategy development
    • Develop a comprehensive company budget and perform periodic budget analyses.

    Requirements

    •   Proven experience with business and strategy development processes
    •   Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment
    • Superior leadership skills
    •  Proven ability with financial and budgetary processes will be preferred.
