    HR Assistant

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties including clerical and administrative support.
    2. Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration.
    3. Compile and update employee records.
    4. Oversee the initial orientation to newly hired employees conducted by FMs.
    5. Assist in planning and conducting training seminars for employees about company policies, procedures, and best practices for their positions.
    6. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)
    7. Assist in preparing reports on employment data, including recruiting statistics and turnover rates.
    8. Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to learn why they are leaving the company and how the company might improve its retention rate in the future.
    9. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
    10. Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
    11. Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
    12. Performs other duties as assigned.

    Security Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The Security Supervisor will oversee facility security to protect all company assets. The Security Supervisor may also manage and/or implement security protocols related to the storage of confidential information and documents.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • Interviews, hires, and trains security staff.
    • Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards and desk clerks.
    • Prepares and conducts training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and related safety and security topics.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Provides and/or implements security and security protocols for all assigned facilities and information systems.
    • Takes proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment to staff and visitors.
    • Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas, network equipment areas, and employee files and confidential records.
    • Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities.
    • Where government projects are involved, serves as a liaison to government agencies concerning project security; assists with security clearance processing for employees working on government classified programs.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    • Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
    • Excellent management and supervisory skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
    • Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

    Education and Experience:

    • National diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
    • Five years of related security experience required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
    • Ability to traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections and plan security procedures.
