    Commercial Assistant

    Job Summary

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an effective supply chain process, flow of goods, ensuring purchase orders are created and products are readily available for sale in store and on the app.
    • Ability to use SAP and Microsoft Excel for data entry is a key requirement for this role.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for product creation, data analysis, reporting and tracking.
    • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams, price negotiations and enhancing value along the value chain
    • Manage and negotiate supplier queries through to acceptance
    • Deal with local suppliers as guided by the commercial leads
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
    • Place orders with local suppliers.
    • Capture orders on SAP.
    • Follow up with local suppliers.
    • Conduct market price surveys.
    • Take photos for new products.

    Marketing Specialist

    Description

    • We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts.
    • You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion.
    • A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to grasp consumer behavior trends and generate creative ideas.
    • You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development of compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns, to create demand for new business and engage renewed interest from existing clients
    • Coordinate and support campaign implementation, including emails, push notifications, SMS and others
    • Analyze the success of past campaigns and user behavior to make recommendations for improvement
    • Own campaign performance reporting, including conversion rates by channel to assess and optimize performance and update key stakeholders
    • Engage hands-on with our marketing automation platform to set up, deploy, and analyze campaign activities
    • Provide content writing support as necessary for campaigns

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent
    • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role for 3+ years
    • Exceptional communication and writing skills
    • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
    • Data-driven and results-driven across the full spectrum of campaign activities
    • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
    • A good communicator and team-player
    • Strong skills using systems such as Excel, Web/App Analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc), Marketing Automation/Campaign Management (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Braze, Airship, Marketo, etc)
    • Adaptable qualities, including learning on the fly and open to change
    • Experience in mobile apps/e-commerce is a big plus
    • Fluent in English, knowledge of Portuguese / French / Arabic are a plus.

    Marketing Leader

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a Marketing Leader who will be responsible for leading the marketing and digital efforts for Mano Nigeria in the achievement of its goals.
    • He/she will be responsible for the development and implementation of Mano’s marketing & digital strategy and plan in Nigeria, marketing our products via our app successfully to ensuring the continued growth and retention of our customers.

    • Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee the development and delivery of Mano’s marketing strategy and plan
    • Plan and implement a strategic, overall marketing program for all Mano stores in Nigeria
    • Plan and effectively execute an integrated program to enhance sales on the Mano App and generate positive results for the overall success of our business.
    • Plan and implement targeted consumer initiatives with both traditional media and multichannel digital platforms including shopper incentive programs, social media, and email marketing.
    • Plan and implement special marketing events including launches, closed forum sessions, customer initiatives events etc.
    • Coordinate public relations efforts that maintain each Mano store in a favorable light, create promote special events for awareness, and increases exposure of our app, build relationships with key media, and enhance the overall perception of Mano Nigeria.
    • Coordinate a community relations program that makes Mano an integral part of the Nigerian online business community.
    • Position Mano as the one-stop grocery app in Nigeria.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of key marketing activities in terms of sales results, consumer response, publicity value, product success and community engagement.
    • Provide a detailed performance report during weekly management meetings.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc or M.Sc in Marketing or relevant field
    • Work experience as Head of Marketing or VP Marketing, preferably within our industry or a fast-paced industry
    • Experience running successful marketing campaigns
    • Experience managing agencies
    • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords
    • Strong digital experience across multiple channels and proficiency in budget creation and management is essential.
    • Experience with CRM software
    • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
    • Analytical mind.
