    Junior Media Planner

    Details

    • To succeed in this role, you should be versatile and willing to learn, a good communicator with the ability to collaborate well with various teams. Knowledge of market research, good understanding, and usage of media analytic tools, and a willingness to follow media trends are essential.

    Job Description

    • Assist in an undertaking, collating and analyzing market data
    • Identify target audiences and understand their behavior and habits
    • Assist in determining the best media outlet mix for our campaigns
    • Support the team to optimize ad campaigns according to geographic exposure, frequency, periods and more
    • Allocate budgets and monitor costs
    • Follow media trends of online and offline outlets (TV shows, magazines, blogs, radio programs)
    • Evaluate the success of media strategies and campaigns
    • Work with the team to understand the client’s business objectives and advertising strategy
    • Liaise with the creative agency team, client and consumers to develop media strategies and camp
    • Work on several projects at the same time, often for different clients.
    • Undertake research
    • Work with colleagues, other departments and media buyers either in-house or in a specialist agency
    • Assist to make and maintain good contacts with media owners, manage client relationships to build respect, and gain trust in your judgment.
    • Proofread advertisement content before release and maintain detailed records.

    Qualifications

    • Graduate degree from a leading institution with 1-3 years of experience with a Media Planning/Buying Agency will be an added advantage
    • Characterized by motivation, commitment, enthusiasm, and team player
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

    Senior Creative Copy writer

    Job Descriptions

    • We are recruiting to fill the position of the Senior Creative Copywriter to support the growth of our firm.
    • For prospective candidate to succeed in this, they will be required to deliver the words and verbal content that accompanies the visual or audio elements of an advertising campaign, while working in close partnership with art directors and lots of input to the visual and audio elements like generating words, slogans, audio scripts etc.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Meeting with account executives and creative supports to discuss clients requirements and core messages and targets
    • Brainstorming visuals and copy ideas with other members of the creative team
    • Writing and presenting various copy options to clients as a storyboard (a consecutive series of frames depicting the script and drawings that may be used)
    • Overseeing and being accountable for checking all content being advertised is truthful and complies with the code of advertising practices
    • Familiarizing themselves with brand / products, target audience and competitor activities in the market
    • Presenting initial ideas to the creative director which may be developed into workable concepts
    • Overseeing the production phase, booking and liaising with designers/illustrators. Printer. Photographers and production companies.
    • Casting actors and models to appear in adverts.

    Qualification

    • Graduate degree from a leading institution with 3-5 years experience with an above the line / below the line, digital, or production agency.
    • Proven success for a large –scale media/experiential campaigns or productions.
    • PMP certification is also a plus
    • Processional member NIPR / APCON and other international creative certification from recognized professional bodies.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint

    • We are recruiting to fill the position of a Junior Creative Copywriter to support the growth of our firm.
