    Marketing Manager


    The marketing manager is responsible for developing and managing strategic marketing operations for all facets of the business to ensure brand visibility. He or she is to promote the products of the company and create market awareness through campaigns, activation, and events. He or she is to help consumers gain an appreciation of the products the company offers, and how the products will meet the needs of the consumers it is trying to reach.

    • Minimum of first degree in Marketing, or related field.
    • A foreign degree from a recognized university and professional certification would be an added advantage.
    • 10 years’ experience in agency, retail, and/or beauty industry preferred.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Possess strong multi-channel marketing skills, and willingness to work across all functions.

    Boutique Manager

    ROLE SUMMARY:                

    Sale Manager to deliver outstanding customer service to customers, ensuring the achievement of the boutique target (sales and profitability) as well as to promote and enhance the Polo brand, in line with corporate policies. Building client loyalty through the quality of their welcome, their ability to understand customers’ expectations, and the pertinence of their advice.


    • Achieve monthly sales target.
    • Increase Sales and profitability of each product segment.
    • To ensure customer retention, build customer loyalty, develop a new customer base and activate dormant accounts. 
    • Ensure good ambiance of the store and its operational effectiveness.
    • Manage the inventory of the boutique in line with the company’s policies and procedures.
    • Ensure correct visual merchandising, and that team members follow international best practices. 
    • Mange, teach, and mentor the sales team on product knowledge and customer relationship.


    •  Minimum of first degree in Business Administration or related field;
    • Foreign degree from a recognized university and professional qualification would be an added advantage;
    • Minimum of 12 years managing a team in luxury retail business; selling to High Net-worth Individuals and corporate organizations;
    • Ability to execute and follow the Company strategy;
    • Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams;
    • Integrity;
    • Strong work ethic;
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
    • Great interpersonal skills;
    • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Packages.
